The stay was good, kitchenet was included and utensils were provided. However, the size was small, dishwasher was not included and they did not provide the dishwashing scrub and bottle.

The lady at the front desk saved my designer glasses for me, very honest and professional staff

Staff was great. Room was not like pictured but was good.

Over all good experience. The corrider outside the room was not very clean.

I liked the location and the access to the highway and work There were a few people close to my room who were very loud, late at night and early in the morning.

Overall it was a decent experience.

My stay here for a week was very nice and pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for a week for my internship. This place was very clean. The room is very well appointed with everything you need. The bear was comfortable. There was a full-size refrigerator a microwave and stove top. I have no complaints. There’s room was nice in the property. Felt safe during my stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Clean your rooms before next stay. Keep a person in reception at least for emergency.

Location Staff behaviour and cleanliness

Location No staff on site to address issues, dirty linens, loud occupants next door, rooms that were described were not available and substituted rooms were not the same as booked rooms. Smell of Marijuana and cars being broke into during stay with police involvement and a fight in the lobby with children present.

Also with my room specifically, the nightstand that was mounted to the wall showed signs it was partially detached from the wall. I showed this to the employee at the check-in desk and she put in a work-order to have it fixed. The nightstand held up for all 3 of my nights that I stayed.

The staff was so helpful especially the after hours shift

booked the whole week for a working trip, was very satisfied with this place. internet speed is very good for 2 computers. room is clean and like the whole kitchen. big refrigerator and dish washer. located near airport but didn't hear any noise when in room. only one surprise was being charged extra daily bath towel fee even not use room cleaning service.
