The dinners and breakfasts were fantastic, truly above and beyond what we were expecting. The location was also unbeatable with an easy walk into town and to the free shuttles to get to Avoriaz! the only thing that kind of surprised us was the tub/shower. It was fine for us, but maybe wouldn't work for everyone so perhaps something to flag during the booking process.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the Pleney Cable Car. Staff is super attentive, responsive and caring. we had to check out very early in the morning (6am) and they prepared for us packed breakfast for our trip and allowed us to use the dining room to make coffee. breakfast is great and fits the needs. room was just a bit too small for us but overall amazing experience and great value for money the swimming pool wasnt heaed

Breakfast was great if you are doing a sport. Fresh orange juice, croissants, and other French breakfast foods. The room was quite comfortable with an amazing view. Also great that there was a bike room. The bike room was good but it wasn't very large and could be so much better with some cheap wall bike hooks where you hook the front wheel in and let the bike store vertically. Our room didn't have and shower and only had a bath, which didn't bother us much but it is of course more convenient with a shower. Other rooms had showers so it depends on which room you get.

Had a fabulous stay. Room was basic with tiny bathroom, but very warm, comfortable and had lots of storage. Breakfast included each day was perfect and set this place apart from the others of a similar price. Friendly staff.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The breakfast was really nice, the rooms clean and great location. There was a shower head but it was fitted at the level of the rim of the bath, so you couldn’t have a proper shower. All it needs its fitting higher on the wall. But if you prefer a bath it wont be an issue for you.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and evening meal. Room comfortable. Reasonably priced and exactly as expected. The hotel was a bit further than we thought from town, it is a 10 minute walk to town, the ski lifts or ski bus. We had a bath and balcony which was great. Two minor things which would improve would be a shower holder and hooks in the room for wet ski gear, however no complaints at all.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The bar and restaurant area was nice and there is a pool table and TV room which we used most nights. The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly. breakfast was good with nice coffee and fresh orange juice. The shower. No shower curtain, just a low mounted hand-held shower head in a 3/4 length bath. Sitting and having a shower in a cold bath after a long day on the slopes really isn't fun. You can get a cheap telescopic shower curtain and a suction mount for head height showering on Amazon for cents, so I just don't understand why the room wouldn't include this. I read this applies to the triple rooms only, which is strange as more people in a room generally wouldn't result in more people having baths. Also the boot room was poor. Lack of storage space so our boards were on the floor every morning having been knocked over, and no boot heaters. A small investment here in a similar way to Igloo down the road, would be a great addition. We luckily took our own boot warmers and took boots to room each night, which isn't great for the room's smell!

Great location, good quality half-board food for the price, rooms are small & old French style but perfect for a couple just there for skiing during the day, the staff were lovely and very attentive.
-
Great location food was great and the staff were great. Fantastic view of the mountains.
-
Staff, food, and waiter service. In room 21.....Bed too small...not enough hooks to hang ski gear on .... Towels need to changed more regularly as no where to dry them... Shower curtain too long.
