Very friendly staff. Lovely facilities. The owners dog adds to the charm of the hotel. Amazing breakfast. Family run hotel who had all the knowledge and links you need to have a wonderful holiday, lift passes can be bought at the hotel and you get a discount if using felix ski for hire of ski equipment , the staff in there were wonderful too. We highly recommend this hotel

we had breakfast every day, it ticked all the boxes, I travelled with my partner and 2 kids, 10 & 13, both on many occasions commentated on how chilled and relaxing the whole atmosphere there was around this hotel, it really was a very pleaset enjoyable experience, I couldnt speak highly enough of the staff and espically the owners, (and of course Rocket and Winter) I cant really find a reason to say anything here, If pushed, we did breakfast only, would have liked to do the odd dinner evening but it was only for the full half board, but honestly, really wasn't a problem as we loved going into the town for a walk and look about

food nice no choice at a evening

Fantastic wooden ski-haven. Brilliantly located and very clean/comfortable. The proprietors are evidently very proud of their hotel and so they should be. They did all they could to make our stay comfortable including a late checkout. Will stay again.

Le Sporting is located 5 minutes walk from the Pleney Lift . It had everything that you'd need for a seamless winter sports holiday. There is a ski and (heated) boot room ( the best smelling boot room ever! scented with eucalyptus ) The hotel has a traditional chalet style exterior but the interior is modern and very well maintained. The owners were super friendly and helpful , and the restaurant food and waiting staff exceptional . Our room was situated on the first floor, spacious and super clean . Breakfast was plentiful and exceptional quality , as was the traditional French 4 course half board option in the evening . We loved the hotel and will definitely return , Thank-you Team 'Le Sporting' ! Nothing to dislike

Location and good modern decor throughout. Nothing

Beautiful traditional building well located in the town. Comfortable beds and spacious room with balcony. The swimming pool and spa is a nice touch. There were a few things that made us very disappointed considering the half term price tag! Dinner - We were told all the time that dinner was fully booked but restaurant was always empty. Breakfast - We decided to stay for breakfast one morning at €18 per person and told we could be there anytime but when we got there (9am) there was barely anything left but when we reported it to reception they told us that was impossible instead of a polite apology. We didn’t have any more breakfast there. Amenities- Pool wasn’t as warm as it should be and it was dirty. On Saturday we asked to use it and we were informed to wait as it was having a deep clean but when we were told it was ready, it was still dirty. Also whilst waiting for the pool to be ready I sat with my 4 and 6 year old daughters at the bar area and the receptionist just told me quite rudely “do you want anything? Because this is for coffees or drinks ( it was empty, I was a paying customer and she told me to wait for the pool to open) Room - We had a top floor room with what it seems to be the plant room above which was super noisy at night. Bathroom and toilet separate but neither of them have any ventilation, our toilet was quite smelly. The shower fan was a hole in the wall. Staff- We understand there may be a language barrier but we all found the staff at reception quite abrupt and almost rude. They seemed to be always right and not let the customer to have an opinion.

Homely hotel with good breakfast and great sauna and steam room. Not clear on bar opening teams

The rooms were a great size and super clean. The communal areas were lovley and the staff were all excellent. We travelled with an 18 month old and our dog and the thoughtful touches (dog bowls in the room etc) were very appreciated. Nothing.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and kind service - thank you! Rooms are perfect size with good facilities, clean and large bathroom. Swimming pool is perfect to relax in the afternoon along with the bar and garden space. Owners offers you expert advice for hiking in the best places in the valley. Location is perfect for a short walk into town, restaurant.

Located with easy access to Morzine, great pool area and a small bar, very clean and friendly staff. We had one of the front rooms with magnificent views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing

Good location. Nice communal areas. Clean and tidy. Great pool area. Friendly owner/staff. Decor is dated. Separate toilet which was tiny with no ventilation. No tea/coffee facilities and no fridge in room. The double bed split in two (came apart in to two singles and was not secured together in any way) which was not comfortable. Expensive breakfast @€19.
