Excellent locations, spacious rooms. Problem with airco, could have been communicated better. Next morning staff provided a good solution.

The overall experience was ‘decent’ at best. Stay here as a family ‘with caution’. The reception team were great, however all the other details of a good guest experience were missed. Things they got wrong: 1) Our room phone wasn’t connected but no one did anything about it during our stay. I kept calling them using my mobile phone for 4 nights straight!!! 2) None of their F&B team was attentive to our needs and seemed annoyed 3) Housekeeping & reception were informed our room was dusty, however no improvement was felt and no one checked with us after 4) Room cleaning barely made a different. Please

The domain the reception did not meet my expectations, they were not professional no restaurant in the evening so you have to plan where to eat yourself It was the worst experience of my life I will never come back and I do not recommend this place I find it shameful that there is air conditioning in the room but no heating in winter!

Beautiful, peaceful, secure location on a golf course. I liked everything except the “Spa” it’s not a spa as I know them. The ladies has 14 lockers, one toilet, one shower, no hairdryers, nothing. A sauna and steam room & that’s it. But I was there for the golf not spa so it didn’t matter. They do offer massages & facial which I didn’t try.

Hotel is fantastic for relax or golf, you can also use 30C heated pool. I recomend duck in restaurant which was outstanding. Separte sleeping room and salon with covered tarrace and view perfect for contaplating sourounding and french wines. Thank you for providing exceptional service. Sauna, Hammam is far a way from pool, small relax space.

Immediately we noticed how clean and tidy everything was kept and upon walking in the staff were very friendly and professional, they cared and showed us around the entire resort. Assertive and attentive. V nice dinner restaurant, pool area, large rooms with views, balcony / garden area. Only tiny criticism our TV in main room did not work when arriving I think the batteries in remote were out and Coffee machine did not seem to work the water was leaking behind the machine internally.

I love the golf course views, the outdoor restaurant at breakfast and at evening dinner. The staff was very cooperative and attended to our requests. Staff at the restaurant were all pleasant, Rupali was exceptional. The bathrooms are dark and old and require major rennovation.

The location is excellent and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was ok, however a little more choice is expected for this level of hotel. The rooms are tired and need refurbishment. The shower needed replacing as well. There was only one bottle of water offered on the first night and no replacements.
