Location, view, accomodation... everything was excellent.

The villa is stunning, the pool is incredible, and Ben is the man.

The pool was very inviting after a hot day walking the towns. Clean and modern room, not fancy, but had everything we needed. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The location is a bit hard to reach with very narrow roadways up to the property. It was difficult driving up the narrow lane ways.

This place has an amazing view! It’s such a relaxing spot and very close to many tourist cities. We arrived very late, but they received us without any issues and even kindly offered us a glass of wine! In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast by the pool, surrounded by nature. It's a shame we stayed for only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more! Nothing, everything was perfect!

Very nice private house close to Cannes, with a garden and a pool. Kind and helpful host. If you are coming with a large car, prepare for a really small entrance at the house. There seem to be no wifi, not sure if it is really the case, but we were using our phones.

Very nice house located in Mougins, bordering Le Cannet. Ideal location to move around the French riviera and great views overlooking the Cannes bay.

The owner was incredibly nice. I wish I had more chances to interact with him! Was kind enough to drive me down the hill one of the festival days, and put together a beautiful tasty breakfast for me even though I didn’t think it was included in my rate. The bed was large and comfortable, there’s plenty of closet space, and the bathroom is spacious and modern with nice fixtures. There’s a shared veranda with chairs and a table where I could sit and read / eat / enjoy the view. While I didn’t use it, I saw others enjoying the pool which is a nice bonus. Also the owner gave me a cold glass of rose as a welcome beverage, definitely appreciated given how hot out it was! The location is beautiful and relatively close to the bus stop (about 8 min walk), however the bus rarely showed up on time / at all - obviously not this property owner’s fault, but it did mean I would have to walk down the hill most days. This isn’t necessarily difficult - it’s all downhill - but it takes roughly 40 minutes to get into town. Just a substantial amount of time and meant planning accordingly if I needed to go back and forth to change clothes, charge my phone, take a shower, etc. Probably the only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again. Walking *up* the hill actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but I only did it once, taking the bus or Uber the other times. Again, it’s just time consuming

The hospitality of Ben was top-notch and the villa is beautiful. Great breakfast!

Exceptional

Oh, that amazing view. The sound of birds. To wake up there was like in heaven)) Sweetest hosts. Comfortable suit with everything you need. Close to the sweetest center of Mougins and Cannes in general. And also not far away from highway, comfortable for long distance travel. Thanks to the hosts to have a bite of French life. It’s not comparable to the ordinary hotel experience))

Breakfast was excellent. The water in the pool was still warm enough for a pleasant morning swim in mid-October. The place's parking is reasonably EV friendly. Using my own Tesla UMC cable (they kindly provide their own Type2 cable they use for their Hybrid car), I was able to get 2-3 kW at 12A from the wall socket near the garage enabling us to reach Genoa without any supercharging stops. The host really knows Cannes very well and and gave excellent restaurant recommendations and where to pick up groceries. I chose this place after carefully researching the alternatives in Cannes and was not disappointed :))))
