Just a good Motel for our trip back to Portugal.

Reception staff was very friendly Rooms are so small

The vibe. Lady at the reception was so nice I felt like home, so welcomed. They accept us so dearly, including our dog. Overall all the staff is so so friendly and welcoming. Super clean, surrounding area is beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Have a large parking in front of the hotel, closed with a gate. So you can feel safe for your car while resting. Rooms are small, which I expected for the value.. However have everything what is needed.

Very friendly staff

The management were friendly and she waited up for us till we reached the place to give us the keys. She even called us to explain how to get to our room that was nice. The bathroom was the worst I ever saw. So small and inconvenient. No proper vanity, just some plank put together with a stand. For the amount we paid it was not worth even a star. Everything was falling apart. Needs massive upgrading, if they continue to charge so much.

nothing property is a dilapidated and run down. photo in Booking of the family room isn’t even close to what it actually is.

The room was clean The hotel looked abandoned from the outside. The parking and entrance were in a bad state of repair. The room had a loft bed for a third person which was ok, but to get in the bathroom you had to fold the ladder. The bathroom was tiny, more like a cupboard. Though a cafe was advertised it was closed when we arrived at 19:40 and was not open for breakfast until 8am on the weekend and we left earlier. The hotel needs modernizing in general and was very overpriced plus charged €20 for our dog to lie on the floor.

Absolutely nothing. To begin with, this place should not be on booking, the woman who manages it is abusive, she verbally and physically assaulted me. the place is horrible, unhygienic. And this hotel is a scam, I booked it at the last minute and paid in advance because despite the fact that I had seen bad reviews, we were only going to sleep there for a couple of hours, and I didn't think it was going to be that bad. but it was a complete nightmare. They also charge you 20 euros if you bring an animal, when it's ridiculous when other hotels usually don’t charge you more than 5. To keep it short, Is a dangerous hotel, there is no surveillance or reception at night, and the place is open. anyone can enter. you don’t feel safe, they were two suspicious men in the corridor of the room for a long time, I call the the police and they did not help me in nothing. I also had no privacy because she recorded me and my dog and said nonsense things. I recommend you avoid this place. she is evil and dishonest !

The only bright side of this hotel is the pool, even tho it needs a remodel. Everything really. It's just a rundown hotel. Extra small rooms, extra small bathroom with shower, extra small everything here and very old, breakfast if you can call it breakfast you have to pay 12 euro for it. Anyway, moving on.
