Hot tub was broken until the last day there.

Clean bedding!! Clean shower as well. Only thing was the stopper for the bathtub was completely loose. Arcade and restaurant was excellent.

The front desk lady was extremely helpful. I had to ask for assistance with the jets in the hot tub (Their is no sign, plenty of signs for emergency shut off all area, the proper button) she, was so kind in explaining what to do. The Mermaid has always been a local hotel to my family, happy to see the staff are just as welcoming.

The stay over all was great everything was clean and the pool and hot tube were clean and insulated use! Although Our fridge didn’t work and I think there was miscommunication on our room being in use cause we had someone walk in shortly after we checked in other than that, the stay was great.

Overpriced and the hot tub was dirty.

New owners had no idea what was going on. I got charged 3 times for 1 room, 1 night. Pool and hot tub were dirty. Table in room was dirty.

Also fridge was unplugged and we are not certain why.

Everything about the hotel was excellent Everything was great, nothing to dislike

Night receptionist was on her phone. Stood there for a bit before she even looked up and noticed me and only then because I made some noise.

We specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. When we arrived the first night the front desk Attendance told us that the hot tub was broken, but it would be open in the morning. When we checked the next day, it was still broken. We were never able to use it.

When we checked in Friday night the front desk, Attendance explained to us that the hot tub was out of service because it had just been shocked. She explained that it would be open tomorrow. On Saturday when we went to use it it was still out of order. So our entire weekend we were unable to use it.

My stay was excellent. The staff answered all of my questions and assisted me with directions. Breakfast was good for a hotel, but would prefer a cheese free egg dish.

Staff are all excellent. Kristina was phenomenal and very patient, as was Ernie. The room was clean. The breakfast was tasty, and well-maintained. The layout allows for a lot of movement. Connected to The Mermaid bowling alley/ arcade/ restaurant, which was awesome! Hot tub was out of order and looking nasty. Sauna was a storage closet. Ceiling in hall was leaking.

The pool water seemed a little cloudy but it could have been the floor of the pool has areas that appear to be stained or discolored giving the appearance of not being real clean.

I loved that it was connected to the mermaid so thier were alot of activities for the adults and the kids .

Staff was wonderful and helpful!!
