Lovely welcome as we pulled up the drive, On being shown to our room was offered a cup of tea and delicious home made chocolate Brownies, Night cap of home made sloe gin and heart shaped fudge, served on a tray before bedtime. Breakfast was in the spacious conservatory, with lots of choice, plus home made bread and preserves, We were even given a goody bag on departure. Rachel went above and beyond to make Our stay perfect , We would definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. No negatives

This is the best B&B we have stayed in on our travels throughout Ireland, Scotland & England. The breakfasts were exceptional and Rachel (the host) has a way of making your stay as comfortable as possible. The best is the little extras that are left in your room for when you return from a day out and the homemade fudge waiting next to your bed. Really you cannot stay in a better place. Absolutely zero.

A perfectly clean, beautifully presented room with so many delightful touches (e.g. brownies, homemade gin) which were lovely and made us feel particularly welcome. Rachel was an amazing host, cooked us a delicious breakfast every day in a really bright, airy conservatory and went above and beyond with recommendations for the area etc Nothing! Though worth noting there's not too much within walking distance, so you definitely need a car.

Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome with all the little treats .

Breakfast was really excellent with great choices of hot and cold options. Much of the food on offer was homemade and what was not was sourced locally and of excellent quality. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and even helped clean/wash body boards and wetsuits. Every evening we came 'home' to treats which were gratefully received. The recommendations of local hostelries were great and they even organised fantastic weather too. It is easily said but my wife and I bot agreed that this was one of the very best B&B's we have stayed in. I would go as far to say the experience was better than most of the 4 and 5 star hotels we have stayed in both for business and privately, The road to the property was rather lumpy and pot holed, I guess it was a private road so we choose to enter the closest end from the house. Everything else was excellent.

Rachel the host was spot on with everything Nothing to dislike.

Rachel is a very kind host who puts every effort in making guests feel welcome in her home. She welcomed us with a tea and offered cakes and a homemade gin too. Breakfast included some more of her lovely homemade creations. The room is a spare guestroom in a house. It was clean but unfortunately lacked in comfort. It has little space for luggage, has a small w/c and no space to move around if you are trapped in bad weather. The location is also far from any restaurants, attractions or walking trails. Breakfast is served in a beautifully decorated conservatory, but involves walking through the family living room/kitchen. There were 2 well behaved cats in the house that I wasn't aware of, which was another reminder that this was someone's home. All in all, I wish Rachel would have a different arrangement to show off her talents.

Seven is possibly the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. Rachel does everything to make your stay enjoyable. Her homemade goodies are a joy and the breakfast is amazing. We will definitely book again if in the area. Nothing.
