Hampton Inn & Suites Mt. Juliet

The only caveat is that the entrance was a bit musty smelling and the gym was VERY MUSTY. Because of this, I couldn’t use the gym (as I’m allergic to mould.) The hotel room we had however was fresh and very clean.

Location was great for flying out of nashville. The bfast food was satisfying and there was plenty of options. Plenty of room to sit and enjoy. I found it disappointing that I had to pay to use the washer \dryer. I had to use an app that I've never used and put a minimum of $10 on it. I only used $6.50 for the wash\dry so the rest is lost. Really? You need to charge for the washer\dryer? You could do better.

My room was not cleaned,and the front lady behind the counter was rude and had an attitude when I did not understand what she was saying about the charges when I was checking out.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool wasn’t working but other than that the stay was wonderful.

I really liked the breakfast. They had chicken sausage on a couple of days. That was great since I don't eat pork. They had a variety of things to choose from. It was refreshing to see. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. For the most part I liked everything. A couple of the days my room didn't get cleaned but I keep it clean on my own most of the time. I just needed more towels and trash removal. That could have been my fault since we slept in kinda of late. I'm sure if I would have said something they would have fixed it. The staff was pretty amazing!

The bed was so soft. Breakfast was served early! The gal on the morning shift was awesome! Nothing I can think of

Great experience

My first room smelled but the front desk personnel was so apologetic and got me another room immediately. Rose Cooper was very personable and professional. The front desk team was GREAT!

Stephanie, McKeata and Anne were wonderful! Each of them went above and beyond to ensure my family stay was wonderful. Each of them represents the Hilton brand very well. Each deserve to be recognized for their outstanding work. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the front counter staff was very helpful, and breakfast area was very clean, and the food was very good. I will definitely stay at this location in the future.

Location good, breakfast mediocre, Didn't like " sticky" carpet in room. Had to get fresh towels at front desk every night for our 3 nite stay.

The lady who checked us in was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good .

Staff was very helpful. Our check-in was delayed from 3PM to 9:15PM. I requested 1 hour or 2 hour extended checkout time. This request was granted to me. Breakfast was adequate. The parking was excellent.
