Bed was comfortable Late night check in was convenient Able to switch rooms After hours the lobby door is locked which is understandable, though the phone on the wall to call the desk for entry is broken. when I called the hotel from my cell there was repeatedly no answer. When we got into our first room, there was urine in the toilet, it appeared as though the shower was used and there was a clearly dirty towel in the trash bin. The toilet seat was crusted and stained brown where the paint or coating is flaking off. It appeared as though the room was being used currently or was used and not cleaned between booking. When I went to the front desk to inquire about a new room, I had to bang on the door hoping someone would hear me since the phone on the wall was broken and no answer to the calls from my cell. The manager came around the corner and I explained the situation. She showed me a new room and it was clean, though smelled strongly of chemical air freshener/oil. The carpets were wet as they were apparently freshly cleaned, but it was oily and I wore my shoes until I got into bed. The side table was clearly dirty with oil spots all over l, from an extremely strong perfume or cleaner. We slept with the window open because it was so strong. Every fire alarm glass light casing was broken, the walls and doors were poorly repaired and the room was large and accessible but the furniture and walls/doors were old, dirty, poorly cleaned and maintained, broken, stained and had burn holes in them as large as a quarter. In my opinion, the cost of the room was not worth the price.

Due to hiked local hotel costs, tried this hotel. Next time, I would spend the inflated prices. Was basically a welfare hotel.

There were no amenities, there were roaches in the room !! Room 210 to be exact! They weren’t helpful about anything, the hallway smelled like a freshly lit cigarette & it smelled like there was water damage in the room . They didn’t accommodate us for the inconvenience or anything. Don’t go there! It looks nice on the website but it’s a disaster in there!

The staff was amazing. The young lady that sits at the front desk. It’s half hotel and shelter. The shelter people be outside the facility all day and all night. It was a roach in our room. There were old ketchup packets under the bed. The room and the hallways have an odor.
