Had a 1 night stay in August to break our trip. Loved the neighborhood and the property. It has the basics, gym, pool, outdoor space. However, the place stands out with its breakfast and lobby. Excellent selection and great seating and lounge space. Walk outside and you can pick any restaurant cuisine within a 2 min walk. Great overall selection and will be coming back. Team very hospitable and welcoming as well.

I had a two night stay. I had a problem with the toilet being wobbly and sewer smell. They were not able to move my room as they were totally booked for the first night. The contractor wasn’t scheduled to come in until 3 days later. They were able to move my room for the next night. The hotel did not charge me for my room.

Good location with underground parking available.

Staff was helpful, the first room we were assigned the carpet was wet near the air conditioner because I assume it was leaking -- they moved us to a new room without issue. Room was perfect for me and my 3 teenage children for a one night stay on our way elsewhere, we used both queen beds and the sofa. I used the hotel gym in the morning to run on the treadmill and get a small workout in before we checked out. Continental breakfast was great also. I didn't realize they were gonna charge me $17 to park in their garage, but I guess that's on me for not reading the fine print. I would recommend this hotel.

An absolutely overpriced piece of crap.

The breakfast was really good. Bed very comfortable. Liked the desk area . Close to downtown Pittsburgh. One of the reading lights on the bed board room 513, was not working. We were surprised the maid only comes once for a two night stay.

Clean, convenient, well maintained facility Mostly the professional , kind staff

Was traveling for work just for one night, will definitely be back as I travel to Pittsburgh often. Location was perfect, right in the middle of a beautiful walking district with lots of shops and restaurants. Also, front desk staff was awesome. The young lady who checked me in, I don't think I got her name, but she had blue highlights in her hair. Very friendly and answered all of my questions!

Breakfast bar was a bit underwhelming
-
Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Shower leaked all over the floor. Body wash bottle was not functional. Outlets are very difficult to use and were pulling out of the wall. Several light bulbs were out. Toilet seat was broken. Staff seemed unconcerned when told. Breakfast was not good. Toaster barely worked. Bagels were soggy. Tea water was not hot. Staff seemed irritated to be questioned about anything.
-
Location, staff The bathroom doors in Marriott suites that are loud and translucent
-
Parking was very inconvenient.
-
Central location They only clean/refresh rooms every other day. We stayed 2 nights and had to call to request toilet paper, coffee, and new towels. Also, the parking garage has a very tight entrance and exit — easy to scrape the side of your car on the way in and out. The approach to the gate makes it a nightmare.
-
Wonderful staff. Parking garage is tight.
-
Clean room, and good location. Easy for a one night stay
-
Room was very clean. We were only there for 3 nights and 2 days, but on 2nd day, housekeeping came while we were there and changed out towels and trash for us. She was very nice. Ann, at the desk when we checked in after midnight, was sympathetic when we explained that the only car we were able to get was a huge (to us) 5-6 passenger van, and the Marriott parking garage is VERY tight. She got us an assigned spot for our stay that was much easier for entering and exiting the garage. All staff was friendly and efficient from start to end of stay. We love this place!
-
The parking garage was a bit wonky to get out of .. very tight and weird angle for the exit if u come up from the lower levels . The hotel is located in a great area with lots of restaurants.
-
Wonderful hotel with wonderful amenities. Parking is a little tight if you have a larger vehicle but we worked it out. My whole family enjoyed staying here and my husband and I particularly loved the patio off the pool area. Breakfast was wonderful and they were able to accommodate my food allergies.

The staff was caring and worked with us.
