The woman at check in tried to charge me over $200.00 more than my Expedia amount due.She blamed it on Expedia. Breakfast was edible . We will not book here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of four. Everything was clean, checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff was friendly, awesome customer service skills, especially the woman who checked us in!. Lots of shops, restaurants and a movie theater. Breakfast staff was very nice and they had a really good breakfast! Very clean!

Truly a wonderful stay. The top room was spacious and easily fit our family of 5. The breakfast had so many great options, and we enjoyed a quick swim in the pool

Breakfast was easy to get to but it was all cold (eggs and sausage). Parking is tight in the garage.

The breakfast was pretty good. It was your basic hotel breakfast. The staff kept it restocked quickly. My only disappointment was that the room was much smaller than the pictures appear.

The only downsides I think that are worth mentioning are: - we were not aware of extra incidental fees that would be added to our initial payment. you get the money back, but it would have been nice to know about it beforehand. - we were unable to use the onsite bar because there was no staff to serve us. it was kind of a let down especially since we picked this place based on that amenity. - the rooms are very quiet. we felt bad for even having our tv on because you could hear it out in the hall on a very low volume. but we were able to get a fan and help drown out the noise. You could also hear other people walking in the halls and it was a little disruptive. overall I would recommend this place! the staff was nice, Kim especially was very friendly and answered all our questions. I also would recommend to anyone staying here to grab the pamphlet at the front desk when you check in. It tells you what is available to be bought or borrowed from the hotel.

First off, let me explain exactly what happened during our stay. We arrived at the hotel, checked into our room, and put our belongings away before leaving for my daughter’s softball game. We returned from the softball game around 9:45–10:00 PM. When I went to take a shower, there was absolutely no water pressure. I immediately went down to the front desk and explained the problem. I was told that there were no other rooms available, but that someone from maintenance would come to our room to check it out. Nobody ever came. We were left with the same problem for the entire night. The following morning, we woke up around 7:00 AM, and there was still virtually no water pressure. We couldn’t properly shower or get ready because of the ongoing issue. We left for the softball games and returned to the hotel around 7:00 PM. When my daughter went to take a shower, she looked up toward the ceiling and noticed what appeared to be mold in the shower area. At that point, I immediately went back downstairs and spoke with the front desk again. I explained that we now had a serious issue involving mold in addition to the water-pressure problem that had already been reported the night before. I was told that maintenance was coming to our room, that they were going to address the problem, and that they were going to move us to another room. Once again, nobody came.

There is free covered parking behind the hotel. We stayed in a king with sofa bed. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The bathroom was modern with good pressure to the shower. They offer a happy hour with discounted drinks and snacks but we did not participate. As an added bonus, there is a free breakfast buffet that has some standard hotel fare but some extras. Steel cut oatmeal, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, fresh juices were a bonus. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
