Breakfast was excellent! Location was convenient for our travel plans Room was hot and it was hard to keep temp down. Shower door had some problem where water poured out the bottom. Huge fall hazard. Had to mop up water every time and when doing so towels were filthy. Def hadn’t been cleaned recently.

The building needs some technical, but it's not prohibitive. Overall decent.

The room was 78° the entire stay. The staff we reported it to was not helpful at all. We had to go to Walmart and buy a fan in order to rest somewhat comfortable. It was awful.

The elevator was extremely slow and would shut down, staff had to manually reset it. The ac unit in our room wouldn't cool down. It was 76 degrees in our room the majority of our stay. The toilet paper holder was barely attached to the wall.

Location is great and close to our family. You had to hold the handle down on the toilet so it would flush. The shower door panel was loose. The room above us kept us up until 2am. There were ants on the floor by the heating/air unit. It seems like they just wipe things off instead of doing a thorough cleaning.

Very comfortable beds, free breakfast, late check out time 11:00. Pool was a bit cold and could use a fixing up due to bottom kind of dirty looking. Free breakfast shuts down early, 9:30.

The location is great, the front desk assistance were friendly, and the room and hotel is clean. The mattresses were worn and sinking to one side or in the middle. They need to get new mattresses. The wall between the sink and toilet should be removed to give more space at the toilet area.
