nothing - everything was good

The place looks clean and nice. It would be great if we can stay in the room we have booked. We booked a room with balcony on the second floor, 3 2 days in advance, but when we arrived they already gave our room to another guest without informing us in advance and forced us to stay on the 1st floor room instead as it is the only room they have left. We can hear the people walk upstairs when entering the room which would be totally uncomfortable to stay At least they returned the payment but we need to find new place to stay when it’s almost 5 PM.

Lovely property which was super clean, bed was very comfy and the bathroom was large with great facilities. The location is fine with a 7/11 in walking distance and about 20 minute walk from the town.

This hotel is very nice and clean. However, the decoration is very unique!

The best thing: the unexpected, great bike - a mountain bike, very well maintained. The room: bright and, like the bathroom, stylishly furnished - both very clean. Nice to be able to have breakfast on the balcony. The hotel employee speaks no English at all, communication was limited to "money" and "breakfast". Atmosphere: missing hospitality. Breakfast big disappointment: I had not pre-ordered all three breakfasts that were "served" to me :( Rice was cold, sweets wrapped in plastic. Maybe they could provide the hot water in a thermos so you don't have to go downstairs for every new cup of coffee. Every time I was at the reception, there was nobody. Quite noisy: The room is quite noisy and "paper thin" . Every night the neighbor's dog barked quite aggressively (to my ears). Since the bathroom vent can't be closed, it was as if the dog was barking right in the bathroom. And, as other guests have noted, the noise in the early morning (7am, for at least half an hour) coming from the loudspeakers directly from the street is quite disturbing. As this "call of the population" seems to be daily, it would be nice to be informed in advance. If you have breakfast on the balcony, you can hear the noise from the nearby building site. View: The three windows of the room look onto the walls of the neighboring house, not a meter away. All in all: the additional costs compared to the ChomTique Hotel that belongs to the same guesthouse and is at the same address were not worth it.

The room was delicate and spotless clean. Lovely outside area/balcony. Polite and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Excellent value! Nothing

Absolutely fantastic, best place I’ve stayed in Thailand this time

Where do I start, checked in and they gave me a completely different room In a completely different building to what I had booked and what is pictured. Booked a king room with a balcony and received a twin room with rock hard beds and no balcony, there was blood on the toilet seat definitely was not cleaned after the last person. And to top it off I had an email in the morning saying I did not turn up to the hotel and trying to charge me for a no show fee. Tried to explain to the staff that I had been given the wrong room and asked why they had told booking.com that I hadn’t showed up. Nobody wanted to talk to me, nobody spoke English even when I tried google translate they just kept saying ok so don’t know if I’m guna get charged or not . Really let down by this place reviews seemed okay

Everything was fabulous.

The rooms are beautiful and big. The beds are comfortable and all the furniture is chosen with a style. You have 5 different choices for breakfast, it is exclusively Asian style. Unfortunately, we have been bitten by bedbugs while staying there. You can hear the neighboor quite well through the walls, so we had noise from the outside.

Everything was renevated. Was amazing cute place. Trust me. Stay there. Nothing. All good

I did not realise that the room I booked was actually downstairs in the back with little lighting but we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered the upstairs room. The house is super quaint even if a little far from the centre but still within walking distance. There are several restaurants just around the corner, two blocks away. There is even a creperie... Thai breakfast is offered and the wifi worked beautifully. There was construction going on next door and a megaphone in the pole just in front of the house with chanting and radio like announcements. It stopped at times but if you are working it can be distracting.

I stayed already one time at this B&B and everything was fine: room OK, parking for the car and quietness of the place. For this time, I make the same positive comment about everything except for the quietness of the place during the end of afternoon (see drawback hereinunder). For the positive, I can add the proximity (5 min walking) of a commercial center (Lotus's) where you can find a choice of places for eating at your convenience without the need to go through traffic with the car. During this stay, I must note a big drawback about the close proximity with a very noisy house, with lots of people and children yelling loudly during some hours in the end of afternoon. It was like you are staying in a school yard during a school break or at a party at the end of the week where people drink together, spêaking and shouting loudly. The sound proofing of the room can be quite adequate if you close door of the toilet room, which has an open airing that cannot be closed, connecting to the next house.
