The pool Disappointing stay – Hygiene and Noise Issues ​Our recent 5-night, 4-day stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. ​Cleanliness Issues: From the moment we checked in, we felt the room was not properly cleaned. Throughout our entire stay, the hygiene standards were very poor. The bed linens and towels had a very unpleasant, musty odor. Additionally, the hotel corridors and the breakfast area suffered from persistent, off-putting smells, which made the environment very uncomfortable. ​Noise and Disturbance: The noise levels at this hotel were unacceptable. We were unable to sleep properly, even at night. Our room was located near the pool area, which meant we were subjected to constant noise all night long from staff preparing for breakfast and cleaning the kitchen areas—the sound of clattering dishes and loud conversations was incessant. Furthermore, the hotel seemed to allow large groups to play loud music and create disturbances without any regard for other guests. ​Dining Experience: We were very disappointed with the breakfast. Beyond the unpleasant smell in the restaurant, the food quality was poor. The coffee was not drinkable, and the overall experience discouraged us from having breakfast there at all. ​Facilities: While the hotel is located in a nice, peaceful area, the facilities are in poor condition. The gym is extremely small, poorly equipped, and did not meet basic standards. ​Overall, we did not get the rest or the quality service we expected. We left feeling that the hotel lacks proper management and attention to hygiene and guest comfort. I hope the management takes these points seriously to improve future experiences.

The resort has a beautiful design and a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool area is stunning, and the facilities are well maintained. The staff were friendly, and overall the property looked great. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. It did not meet the standard I expected for a resort of this level. Everything looked nice, but the room could have been cleaned much better.

Room low quality

I asked for queen bed but after that i found out that they merged 2 single bed

The pool you see in the picture is actually very narrow and unclean and not for swimming and unless you know how to take the perfect shot it will show that its a very narrow short trail of water not a pool so its just meh

The hotel itself is ready to get the view the full access and the kayak you can take trendy photos and the third floor Infinity photos is also nice you get a good view of the beach in front , the staff are friendly helpful if you need something but if you're looking to take photos sometimes it can get crowded majority of the time, they do also provide things like umbrellas in your room in case there's rain if you're going off season, overall nice place Two things first of all the location it's far away from everything besides the hotel and the beach and that's not the main Beach that you want to visit if you want to get to Phuket Old Town or other areas like baton you probably better off staying in that area also the restaurant for some reason when we went there for lunch when we arrived it had a very very strong fishy smell

Everything is perfect I recommend this place as the perfect place in phuket

Nothing Everything

The staff at reception is not warm and client oriented. I would recommend hiring nicer, more dynamic and professional staff for reception.

the pool area advertised is gorgeous, the beds are big and comfy and the rooms are clean the staff don’t speak great english, for a 5 star, you’d expect a lot better service than was given, the staff at reception are great, however the staff in other departments (restaurant) are not. The food was not a great standard at all either, very plain and tasteless 100% not anywhere near 5star. The pool is as advertised however in real life is a lot smaller. Also checking in and checking out was not a seamless experience it was hectic and the lobby was full of people, it was not organized.

Pool area was amazing Sauna didn’t work, shower was low pressure, room was small and tired looking

The pool was nice. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The grounds were taken care of. Location had a lot of other places you could walk to for food. The restaurant food was terrible. The restaurant is not pathetically pleasing at all. It feels like a cafeteria. Lots of ‘influencers’ around taking TONS of photos or just staying there so they could take pics. The beach is across the actual street from place and isn’t that appealing.

The rooftop pool was the best part, but the river pool definitely needs some strict rules regarding food and packets. Saw multiple ramen covers in the water and soil as well.

Great if you want an instagram picture but that’s it , 6 sun-beds around the pool area and no bar , nothing at all around the area very relaxed
