Beautiful small family run boutique hotel. Lovely breakfast spread, spacious rooms and good location. Away from the strip but still close enough to not have to get taxis. Owners friendly and welcoming.

The staff was super friendly, they helped with every request. I asked if I can have breakfast earlier then normal and was not a problem.

The location Just because we are out of season does not mean we dont get the value for money. No hot water Not cleaned room The heat was out and no warm blankets.... No breakfast prepared when you wake up. You have to let them knowing the morning by sitting and waiting Three people and we had to pay for an extra bed

It is a great place, having swimming pool directly out of your room is awesome. The location is quiet, not crowded, excellent to relax. Still very close to the city center and the beach (10-15 min walk).

Owners are super cool, polite and helpful. Location is 10 mins away from beach and clubs which is a huge nice thing. You dont hear loud music here. The bed is comfortable Big room Wifi in our room didnt work. Seems like it is not covered at all Some cleaning improvements needed

The staff were lovely helpful and friendly, I was a female solo traveller and felt very safe, it was also very quiet however only a 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and beach front which was handy. I can not think off anything I did not like .

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful layout. Pool access from room is very convenient especially when you have kids. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip yet close enough. Best to have a car to get up and down from hotel to strip as you may encounter wild boars on the way at night. Also, the call to prayer from the mosque next door is amazing. Great free parking on site. Friendly guys, family run hotel. Would recommend. 10/10 House keeping could have been better in terms of keeping balcony area clean and changing sheets and mopping up daily

Our stay was great overall. The location felt so cozy and welcoming. But what made it extra special was their staff. Mustafa specifically was exceptional.

- We stayed in suite. Nice working ac and comfortable bed. - Too far away from the beach. Reception said it was 8 minutes walking when we asked before booking, but it is actually 15 minutes away from the beach. - The room wasn’t ready when we arrived. We had to wait at least 45 minutes. No refreshments were offered during the wait. - There is no complimentary bottled water in the rooms. You have to buy water. - The noise from the neighboring room could be heard in our room; the sound insulation is poor. - The pool area is not appealing for relaxing. If you are staying in a suite, using the pool is not enjoyable. - There are no activities to keep you entertained at the hotel. - The pool was full of screaming children, making it unsuitable for young couples looking for a peaceful experience. - They offer a 10% discount if you pay in cash. What does this imply to you? - SUPER SLOW Wifi. i added speed test screenshot.

Everything was great, likely to return here next time we visit Oludeniz. Special mention to the staff, who were very attentive and helpful with everything! We didn't have WiFi for a few days but that was because of infrastructure works and fully out of 'Z's control.

Good value villa. 4 of us stay in a private villa with a private pool. 15min walk to Oludeniz beach where u will pass by a lot of restaurants and some souvenir shops. Would recommend

Location excellent as 5 mins to main resort but away from the noise and hustle bustle. Villa gorgeous, air con worked great, pool and garden lovely and well maintained. Staff were great, manager available to order cabs for us and answer questions. Some items within villa need replacing - chipped and cracked crockery, some more mugs etc but overall excellent
