Price. Also the room was reasonably clean. no cleaning after the first night, had to wait for the second one. No contact number, no information sheet in the room. I am OK with no permanent reception staff provided that there is a contact phone number and at least info about wifi. Travellers, make your enquiries when checking in, you won't be able to raise an issue until you leave.

Extra payment of 70 Euro I did not expect. The communication with the host was difficult, so I'm not sure what the payment was for.

The property was fine. There’s not much to it besides a bar and restaurant on the bottom floor, but it wasn’t open any of the times we went by it. There was a stink bug that crawled onto my hand from under my pillow. The beds were just okay and the room never really got warm.

No comment There was no reception. I tried calling the number provided but nobody answered. The shower was tiny and the shower head is a hand shower that only points at the wall. The beds are small and squeaky.

We've stayed twice here. Excellent location, right by the autobahn. Staff very helpful. Good, comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Great value for money. Strong, reliable WiFi. Nice, large bathroom with hot water shower. One of few hotels in the area that offers apartments that can accommodate a 4 people family without being divided into two separate rooms. Not enough lighting in the room. The bedside lamp had no bulb and cooker hood light wouldn't work either. So it's either the ceiling light or nothing. Couldn't get the TV to show any channels, not sure if it was receiving anything at all. Also you need to fit some hooks or a rail in the bathroom so there's somewhere to hang wet towels.
