The hotel is very well located, right next to the train and bus station and a supermarket with various restaurant options. The staff is also friendly and the local restaurant can be recommended. Overall a good hotel to stay to be close to the city but still have a quiet place to sleep. The rooms were not so clean, there were bugs in the bathroom. Also, it was not clear that one has to announce for the room to be cleaned.

Location. Air-condition was awful. Not working. Our room light switched off twice. Rooms had no sound proofing. If u left card in room it took nearly 20 mins by female receptionist to dind ur name in system and issue u new card. Very disappointed.

In starting Klima (AIRCON) WAS NOT WORKING. STAFF SAID EXTRA PAY FOR PARKING. AFTER 2 hour change room. But the staff ( 2 boys) ignored guests. Staff ( 2 Boys at reception) was rude.

Very polite staff and the room was very clean. There's a U line right next to the hotel so getting around Munich is very easy. Also having ac during the summer heat is a huge plus. There's nothing not to like.

The room itself was really nice and clean. Good location too. Understanding staff Only water with gas was available in the room. No still water was offered.

Location great due to access to train station. We had flight the next morning from Munich Airport.

room size was good and it was clean. its location is close to S1 and U2 stations. there are REWE and ALDI shopping markets nearby, also buses going to near districts. you can leave your luggages after check-out safely. no refrigerator and air condition at the room. two bottle of water + two coffee packages were given at the entrance which were not replaced till checking-out. breakfast was a bit expensive (18€ / person)
