Quit, clean, front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Needs better signs for drivers to arrive at the lobby.

Location, installation was refresh and clean. The staff was very kind in my late check in The breakfast was not so extensive but enough.

There are no phones in the room!!!! I am 80 years old and feel unsecure not to be able to phone for help if needed. It should be implemented by law to have phones in the rooms

Clean and close to Olympic park. Mattress on Main side was already worn out. Had to switch sides in the middle of the night.

Very close to the BMW museum and Olympic area. Some decent restaurants on the lower level of the hotel.

At this price, the staff could be more hospitable. Tough to find the hotel, could add signs along the way or send out directions.

I would start my comments with GREAT Hospitality that we have received from the very first day, from the Owner. He is a great host! Breakfast was excellent Hotel was clean and well positioned. Extra pay for Parking was overrated and I was not informed about that.

Location and value for price. It is located in the former Olympic Athlete Village right next to Olympia Park. Very short walk to the U-Bahn. Breakfast was basic and expensive for the price. There are limited services at this hotel -- it is a basic hotel occupying 3 floors of an apartment building. No opportunities for early check-in or late check-out without paying extra.

Great location, right next to Olympiahalle and right next to U-Bahn Station. There is also a supermarket, bakeries and restaurant. Room was spotlessly clean and had what we needed. Excellent staff. Great and chill atmosphere in the lobby. It was perfect for our needs. I just spent one night there, there was nothing I didn't like.

Herrn Hulusi at the reception desk was always very helpful from check-in to check-out. We would like to thank him again. Food that was supposed to be hot for breakfast was not hot.
