Nicely designed rooms People are slamming their doors in the loudest possible manner starting at 6am or earlier. The cleaning staff opened my door while I was in here even though I had a sign out and looked all surprised that I’m here (?!) The area around the hotel is a warzone.

The rooms were spacious and fun with the Alpine theme. Beds were comfortable. We were in the Gipfelsturmer Suite and had a very slow draining shower and there was enough of a smell (maybe from the drains?) that we bought a candle. We asked about moving, but other suites were already in use. Our friends that we traveled with stayed in the Jaegermeister Suite and their room was great with no issues.

Clima was keep turning of after a while no matter the setting and it was set at only 20c. No refrigerator to the room (it wasn't mentioned somewhere in the description, but still it needs to be pointed out).

I picked the hotel because it was close to the train station yet quiet, and I was not disappointed. The hotel is very quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing I could think of.

Good vibes! Angie, the woman at the counter, was super helpful in solving a problem and really made me feel like this was a hotel I would recommend and come back to. Breakfast was good - better than expected. Room was everything I want in a hotel room and not a bunch of crap that I don't. Just perfect. No complaints at all!

Actually very quiet and pretty clean Small common area, but reasonable for a budget stay

Location was an easy walk to old town Our first room had a strange smell, reception very good at changing rooms. coffee and tea down stairs you had to pay for an auto machine coffee? Breakfast over priced for the choice.

Nice hotel Nothing

The garden was pleasant. Complimentary sparkling water and good coffee were perks. Some reception staff were not very helpful (for e.g. would not offer to store baggage until check in) and a bit brusque in manner. . The room was not particularly clean; needed a refresh. Air conditioning did not work well in the room.

Everything was perfect, seamless check-in, friendly people, bed and bathroom were great. Would definitely stay here agai

We loved how convenient it was from the train station and the old city. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was very clean and comfortable. Therefore it was not an issue.

Breakfast and the from desk personnel are exceptional. Alpine theme throughout the hotel are definitely a plus. Still I would like a hotel where people do not smoke in their rooms.
