The staff went above and beyond to help us. The maid accidentally rolled up my daughter's precious stuffed animal (Lovely) with the sheets, and it was sent with the sheets to a laundry facility. Two members of the staff were understanding, and after several phone calls, they were able to locate Lovely and arrange its return. Very emotional reunion.

The neighborhood of the hotel. You don't feel like you're in Germany. Another disappointing point is the hotel's deposit policy, which is not communicated in advance. It's 50 Euro per night and I get it back after 3 days.

No service, we had to carry our own luggage to the room. No room service, you order from the hotel restaurant and go down and bring it yourself

The very comfortable rooms and the friendly bar. Vanessa in reception was wonderful and warm and Mohamed in the bar made the World Vup games a true celebration. The location. The area is very close to the main station and that was helpful but it is also home to bars, cabarets and what appeared to be peep shows. It was safe to walk around but we Ubered at night.

We choose this hotel for its' location close to train station and old town. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was a little too expensive for us.

Our beds were not made. We were there three days and on the second day they did not make our bed and I told him the day before to make sure it was done and they said sure and it was not done and then we had to tell them again at night and they had someone come and do our bed to make them and give us clean towels

The location was great, breakfast was fabulous - best breakfast ever at any hotel I ever stayed with! Bed was a little small - we used the twin bed as a full bed!

Excellent stay! The hotel's location was fantastic—just a short walk from the train station, close to the Hop-On Hop-Off (HOHO) bus stops. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with recommendations or any requests. Overall, this hotel offered great value, comfort, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
