A minute’s walk from underpass where trains, s-bahn and metro runs. Soundproof windows faces an inner garden, so it was quiet. Clean room with new furniture, comfortable mattress, and big bathroom. You need to keep in touch that some rooms are still in under renovation. The hotel is close to Karlsplatz.

The mattress very bad, The workers were working on the upper floors first thing in the morning, making noise.The room amenities were very minimal for the number of stars and the rental price.

The manager in this hotel is superb. He took personal care during our stay so that our stay is comfortable and relaxed. The location of the hotel is really great, just by the central station and very close to Marienplatz! I was travelling with a child but the neighbourhood was adult-oriented.

Its location is close to major city means of transportation. Loved the room fitted with an air conditioner. so clean!! Staff was the best ever!! so helpful There's no tea or coffee maker in the room

Property was as described and is around a 15-20 min easy walk to the Marienplatz. Breakfast included is great. The air conditioner had a mind of its own but worked nonetheless. No washing machine on site but there is a laundromat less than 5 mins away. I would stay here again.

Unfortunately, nothing stood out positively. The hotel felt dark, gloomy, and uninviting. It gave the impression of staying in a shelter rather than a comfortable hotel. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. Nothing

The hotel was conviently located near the main train station in Munich and close to downtown. The room was clean and adequately furnished, and the staff was friendly and accomodating. It was quite noisy as the wooden (seating) bench moved on the hardwood floors (with no carpet muffling the noise, it traveled throughout the hotel/ floors). There were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe which was ok for my stay but might be an issue for other travelers. Additionally, construction going on at the hotel made it qutie noisy during the mornings/ day.
