Good location close to Karlsplatz. Room for family of 4 small but well arranged. Felt expensive for what we got but can't complain as so close to centre. Breakfast very overpriced. Breakfast staff friendly but reception staff not so much. View of wall and construction work from bedroom.

Location is very close to train station and city center. An easy walk to everything. We were in the top floor and it was sweltering hot. The room had one window, which we kept open at night, and we were awakened before 5am by the sounds of garbage collection, followed by construction happening directly across the street. Very loud and not a good night’s sleep.

the property has a wonderful garden with trees. it was a great pleasure to have breakfast looking to this garden. the room we booked has a gorgeous mountain view. the schmid family who were running the property are very helpful. they were one of the best hosts I have ever meet. breakfast and the dinner we ate at the restaurant were very satisfying. the room and the bathroom are spacious and comfortable. wifi was working great. because the property is located just beside the road, there were always car/motorbike noises.

It was in a good location. No elevator or AV and we were put on the top floor when it was fully booked so I would have liked to be on a lower floor to make it easier with bags and the heat.
