A good starting point for a weekend trip to Munich. Easy to get there by metro. Quiet neighbourhood with a supermarket, bakery and coffee places nearby. The staff was nice and helpful overall. The room was rather small but clean. There was a small kitchenette corner with electric plates, a kettle, and a microwave, but no pans, cutlery, or dishes - so bring your own if you plan to use it. :-) What was most irritating, though, was the noise from the cleaning maintenance which started before 8.30 on Saturday morning - we were awakened by a vacuum cleaner next door. I brought the matter to the receptionists' attention, and on Sunday they must have started later.

It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, between two metro stations, especially close to Silberhornstrasse. The breakfast is generous.

Location is good. Shower failed and flooded the bathroom. We reported the issue immediately, but were told it was too late to do anything and no replacement room was available. On one of the hottest days of the summer, my wife and daughter were simply told they would have to spend the night without a shower. What disappointed us most was the lack of customer care: no effort to find a solution, no manager involvement, no goodwill gesture, and no compensation. Technical issues can happen, but the complete lack of service recovery was unacceptable. This is not the level of service I would expect from an international hotel chain.

The location is great. You have subway station close to the hotel. Restaurants, cofee shops, markets. The area is safe and very green. I wish the bathroom had been a little bigger.
