Living Hotel am Deutschen Museum

It was all good.

We had to BEG for a cleaning after 3 nights (we stayed 7 nights) they seem to be really stingy with that. The heat was unbearable, but that's my fault for booking a place with no A/C...

I really like the location :) It was so convenient to stay here for the places I was planning to visit

I love that they dont do housekeeping by default but provide on request, i dont need daily housekeeping at all and prefer to leave my room undesturbed. There is a very convenient laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron. While I prefer an iron in the room, access to a washing machine is worth the trade off.

The hotel is located in a strategic position for getting around the city I booked this hotel because the photos on Booking clearly showed a room with a kitchenette, which I urgently needed due to food allergies. On arrival, there was no kitchen at all — misleading advertising with no explanation offered. After two days, I emailed management to report the extremely high temperature in the room — impossible to adjust — and the smell coming from the trash, which became worse precisely because of the heat. I asked for a simple towel change and for the trash to be removed. I received no reply. At reception, I was told that room cleaning “is not included”. The result: five days with no cleaning, no fresh towels, and trash left in the room. A fridge smelling of mold and cobwebs in the corners completed the picture. I paid a significant amount for a stay that was unacceptable on every level. Absolutely not recommended.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We had a medical emergency and they were fantastic in making sure our family member was taken care of. Location is great to a Christmas Market and the Deutsche Museum. Our only complaint was are rooms were constantly hit. We tried everything to keep the room cool and this was in December. Our shower door wouldn't open freely so we had to squeeze in and out.

The location was good The picture about hotel was misleading and it was not matching the reality.

Excellent location and size of the room. Great town and the area is very friendly. Street-level room feels like it lacks a bit in privacy.

The room noise proofing is poor as we can easily hear people talking in the room beside us. There are a staircase near the main entrance and we had to carry our heavy luggage up as there are no access for luggages.

Its located in a very lively and likely neighborhood, alongside side beautiful nature of the city Munich. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the doors won’t let your resting time noiseless as their are not soundproof!

Easy to find.Close to public transportation. The apartment was well supplied. Able to cook simple meals in the apartment. The mattress was slightly too firm to me.

Shower No keys, the system broke down the night we arrived.

Location The staff is clueless. Couldn’t figure out how to use a credit card or issue two keys for a room. I stayed here several times in the past. Loved the restaurant that was attached to the hotel. That restaurant has closed. Given the staff and restaurant closure, I will not stay there again.

Room was comfortable. Desk staff polite. Room service pathetic. I was there for a week and schuled room service for only one day (reminded desk the night before. ) No show. They came the following day with a very suboptimal effort. Towels on the floor wren replaced on bathroom hooks. . Cups and glaases not cleaned. Coffee/tea not repleshed. Water Drinking water bottle not refilled.
