Lovely and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, big enough for a family of 4. The location is great, only 40 minutes walk to the city centre -we love walking so 40 mins is nothing for us, however, there is a tram stop almost outside the hotel so if walking is not for you, the tram is a great solution - it goes directly to the centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Nothing. Everything was great.

Nice location… clean property Parking is a rip off 26 Euro per day.. you can park full day on the adjacent road parking for 11 Euros!!

The kids area and the breakfast Most of the staff is extremely rude. The hotel isn’t clean, we killed a huge bug and 4 days after we left it was still there. The beds / mattresses were super uncomfortable.

The room was clean and cosy. Although the family room felt a bit small for our family of four, it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kids loved the play area and the thoughtful gifts they received. We also really enjoyed tasting the hotel's homemade honey, which was a lovely touch. All of this made our stay very enjoyable. It shouldn’t cost so much to upgrade from a family room to a suite, especially since there are very few family-room options. The family room offered very little privacy from our kids, and the bed was uncomfortable for my husband because of his height. Other than that, the staff were great, and we had a lovely stay.

It was all cleaned up and well equipped . We got everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable and so was the foldable sofa bed. The staff is professional and nice, and we got all necessities prepared.
