Premier Inn München City Schwabing

The room was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable. It was spacious enough for 2 people. The reception/lounge area is nice for relaxing. The breakfast is very good. Aldi is on the ground floor of the building, there is a 23/7 kiosk right across the underground parking entrance, as well as a bakery which is a more affordable breakfast option. Food options in walking distance from hotel. The staff was always polite and accommodating. Very good value for money. Would stay again if in Munich. Parking is not always guaranteed as they have limited assigned spaces for the hotel guests. Even though we paid for parking in advance for our whole stay there were occasions where we didn't find a space to park.

The breakfast was a lovely assortment of choices. The room was huge. The staff were wonderful, informative and patient. There is also public transit right next to the hotel that can get you into the heart of Munich quickly. The air conditioning didn't spread throughout the room nicely, which was a little uncomfortable during the heat wave. I think this would only be an issue for Americans though! That was our only issue with the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the bed was comfortable and it was really quiet, I slept very well. The bathroom was not particularly clean. Especially the toilet bowl. Also, the pillow cases did not look clean.

Easy check in Generally the facilities are quite ok This time the air conditioning was very loud; two details in the bathroom were faulty. Reception offered to move us to another room.

The cleaners, the staff and the comfort

It was super clean and a nice room. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are shops and parking right next to the hotel. It is a little bit out of the city center, but the public transport works well and isn't too expensive.

Location near transportation was great! Room was good size and very clean. Staff was exceptional in answering all of our tourist questions with patience and grace. We will return! Nothing comes to mind!

Location was Great and everything easily reachable. On check out day, Housekeeping already knocked on my Door at 09:00 to clean the Room, but a Day before when we asked them to clean the Room when we left the Hotel that Day, they didn't and our Room was still in the same way we left it when we returned in the evening.

There is an Aldi in the same building and the parking was underground and easily accessible . The bed would move side to side and shower handle was not secured , I made front desk aware of the shower .

The location is excellent! There are tram and bus stops next to the hotel so the public transport is easily accessible. Also the breakfast was amazing, tasty scrambled eggs and various options to choose from. The walls definitely would use a repaint, there are stains all over the bathroom walls and also the on the wall of the room itself. Regarding the bathroom: it is big enough which is good but sometimes some kind of stinky smell coming out from it. Last but not least the bed was too soft but that is personal preference I guess.

That the parking is not free!

However, there were a couple of downsides. The carpet in the room didn't look very clean. But most importantly, it was quite frustrating that there was no drinking water provided in the room. Since there are no shops nearby, it’s very inconvenient for tourists arriving from a long trip. I believe the hotel should at least provide a bottle of water for its guests.

A very good choice to stay there Attention to the available public transport to go there at night in the weekend (the TRAM is o longer available and need to take U-Bahn and bus)
