Close to subway. Next to a nice park with large playing fascilities for children. Can walk to Olympic park as well. Washing machines and driers available at property. At 5 Euron per machine (use up to 3 hours) you could probably wash and dry 2 loads. Next or close to a train yard. Some noise the first nights of freight trains moving. Second night onwards we didn’t really notice it anymore.

wifi speed, enough space for a family of 4, good beds. It could be a little bit cleaner. parking is 16eur extra.

The pillows

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel has an underground parking garage, which was convenient and worked well for us. The location is quiet and peaceful. Although it’s not in the city center, the nearest U-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Munich. There is also a supermarket and a shopping center within walking distance. We were attending a concert at the Allianz Arena, and it was easy to get there by U-Bahn with just one transfer in about 40 minutes. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly—we connected without any issues, and the speed was more than enough for video calls. The room had a kitchenette, but there was only one fork, which was inconvenient for two people. There was also no kettle in the room, so we had to go downstairs whenever we wanted hot water. The only option there was a coffee machine. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pillows. They were extremely thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The room can be very hot in Summer even though it has A/C! Besides that everything is clean and convenient

Good Breakfast and facility is new and clean. AC is not cooling properly. Apartment was hot and needed to open the windows in the room. Also, we stayed 10 days and our apartment was cleaned just one time.

The shower cabin might need some renovation, but overall it's good

It was great having a suite for my son and I just stay in Munich. It was adequately furnished. The location wasn’t too far from the subway. However the location was a little bit far from the city center. Except for one older woman who worked at the front desk, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Bed was very smoll and uncomfortable, also pillows were thin and uncomfortable. Internet was poor and lost connection freaquently

Everything was excellent. The room was comfortable, the location was very practical, and the hotel is well connected by public transport. The metro station is nearby, Olympia Park is only one stop away, and there is a shopping center with supermarkets one metro stop from the hotel. There was nothing major that we didn’t like. As a small suggestion, the kitchenette could be equipped with a few more practical items, such as a cutting board, a vegetable knife, a sharper knife, and a non-stick frying pan with a lid.

Everything, clean, great staff, pets friendly, close parking with elevator to your hotel, near U3. Extra beds in apartment could be more comfortable ... and mattress in the bedroom.

Lack of dishes. Didn't like that there were no holders in the showers.

Friendly welcome from front desk staff, at check-in and every morning thereafter. Front desk also was very helpful with any questions and concerns. The rooms are not super spacious but very functional - in this case for my 3-week stay, allowing enough space to work, live and sleep there. Very convenient on the U-3 subway line, shopping mall with anything you need is one stop by subway, 2 stops by bus or within 20 minute walk distance. Propery is located just adjacent to the Olympic Park. Okay, the property allows pets. I realize that this creates an additional challenge for the crew that has to prep the room for the next guest, but finding oet hair on the couch and below is not something that is acceptable. To their benefit I need to mention that since the cleaning crew had already finished for the day, the fornt desk agent herself immediately took care of it and re-cleaned the room when I notified them of the problem. Thank you !!!! The cleaning crew also was in the unfortunte habit to shut off the electric every time they came to clean and not turn it back on - as a result the refrigerator turning warm and everything in the icebox spoiling if you did not come back in time. I am all for energy saving but this is not a great idea if you have long term stay guests who use the kitchen and fridge.

I found someone’s hair bun between the mattress and the bed frame, and the area there was quite dusty, which suggests it may not have been cleaned thoroughly.

It would be better if the room cleaning will be more often.

The room was comfortable and clean. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a small kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge, so we could cook for ourselves. Has laundry facilities on site for a small cost. One staff member was not very helpful. A bit of a walk from the station, which was interesting to walk to with luggage when it was snowing. No restaurants, bakery nor supermarket close by, had to take the U-bahn to get to them.

Close to a train station for the U-bahn. Easy to access. Nice park behind the property. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and some cobwebs in the room. The internet did not work at all during my 13 day stay. Bedroom heating was mediocre.
