Coffee Fellows is out of the city traffic and very nice and quiet. Very convenient to S-Line. Recommend staying here if you do not want the Munich City noise. Apartments only being serviced every 7 days, but not a deal breaker. No broom available for sweeping up after ourselves.

Clean, nice and convenient stay. Not central, but you can get to Marienplatz in 20 minutes by a train that comes every 20 minutes. Very good breakfast.
-
Clean rooms, comfy interior, good breakfast, convenient location (close to train station), quite neighborhood, pleasant staff. Garage entrance is quite narrow with high curbs (careful when parking)

the room was comfortable, much light, the bed was really good, I like the bath room Unfortunately you could hear almost every sound from other rooms around

Enjoyed the fresh breakfast and coffee was delicious. Room facilities are okay, would be nice if the room had kettle other than that it was really nice room. They have their own café which is also nice. No kettle and hairdryer was not good. Waitied 30 min to check in. There aren't many places to eat something close by.

Location, rooms, the "idea" of self checkin all very good The first two nights out of my four nights I couldn't get into my room. I got stuck at the front door, which they previously told me I can open via app. The app simply said "something went wrong, please try again". After phoning around they opened the door remotely. However, the app wouldn't open the door to my room either, so i had to phone again. They told me to make a card at the terminal at the entrance. I created said card, but that card also didn't work. After 45min of trying, the door somehow opened and i was able to go to sleep. The second night, the same thing happened. The app didn't work. The card didn't work and I was phoning around again waiting for someone to come in the middle of the night to open the door for me. This time it only took 30 min for me to finally reach my room. I'm aware it is not "their" fault (apparently some server/system was down), but as a customer who just wants to go to bed at midnight I don't care where the error is and there should be a manual fallback. I welcome the trend for more autonomy and self check-in/check-out. It give customers great flexibility. But there has to be a failsafe if the system is not working.

We specifically requested a room with 2 beds months before and when we arrived they didn’t have that option available. Very frustrating and what’s the point of a reservation then.

I like the location I wish the room is a bit bigger

The hotel was close to a shopping center and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean The room was so basic and even though you get emailed instructions on how to check in via the kiosk, there is no map available to show you which building within the compound you are in. Once I finally got to my room, the key did not work and I had to see the front desk and they had a set of keys set aside with my name on it.

Perfect location, next to railway station. Well maintained, excellent breakfast too.

Good location, only 2min to the next S-Bahn station. Modern looks, good breakfast

The rooms were big enough and clean. They have a weird cooling system, I will attach a photo, which I think in hot summer days wouldn’t be efficient enough, luckily I stayed there for a couple of days in July but the weather was chilly. They provided complimentary 2 bottles of water, their coffee in the cafe is really good, but not free! They provide breakfast at an extra charge, didn’t try it. Location wise it‘s about 20-25 minutes from Munich central if you take the S-Bahn. Frieham station is only 2 minutes walk. First of all, the hotel staff were very rude, only a Palestinian lady was very nice when we first arrived, WiFi was Terrible, when ever I got inside my room the signal dropped, and when I asked to change my room, because I was on a business trip and needed to work, the response was we can’t do that while the boss is not here, you can work downstairs in the cafe! NO AC!!!
