Empress Hotel

Very nice location, great service, several bakeries and restaurants nearby, walking distance to LMU facilities. The garage is very tight spaces with narrow curve and metal traction parking. Extremely LOUD if the room is facing the street.

Big room Very narrow dinning room and the selection of breakfast is poor and not refilled. When I went for breakfast at 9ish, plates are just empty and not much to choose. Also one of the lady works there was just standing next to the food table and eat directly, which was a bit blocking the way and not hygienic, as she was using her hand and putting then the food in her mouth.

It was clean and the whole process of check in was smooth. Since I wanted to stay close to a relative the location being in a more suburban, calmer part of Munich made the stay a lot more enjoyable since after all the walking one did needed to rest Honestly everything was great, no complains at all

The location, the breakfast and the setting of the room. When i have enterred the room it smelled very much like Indian food. Either it entered from the attached restaurant or someone had cooked it in the room before. This was not good. Otherwise everything else was ok.

Spacious and comfortable rooms in an area away from the city center, but beautiful for us! Close to the subway station. Easy street parking. There was a bad smell in the bathroom from the very beginning that they couldn’t get rid of.

Spacious room, quiet. At first we were concerned that the hotel was far from old town but the subway (u-bahn) was a block away and took 15 min to Marienplatz! Plus the neighborhood of the Empress was great! Good restaurants, coffee, and shops. We did not opt for the breakfast…not much variety for € 15! We ate breakfast at the coffee place across the street!

During 5 days staying, I asked once for a cleaning but they only changed towels

Breakfast was very nice. Check in was fast and without problems and a friendly staff always available.

The breakfast was a bit slow. There was a strange smell at the entrance. Maybe an AC would be great for hot summer nights.

Although we put a tag on the door requesting changing towels and cleaning the room, it was not done. I had to ask them explicitly to do so.. There is free coffee, but they won't tell you that unless you ask them about coffee. But, they clean machine early, so when we return from the fair, cannot get one. Be careful, there is no AC in the room

Nice room with bathroom. Nice building and good breakfast. Price is good. Room got very hot. With temperatures reaching 34C or more in summer, really need a fan in the room.

Nice business hotel, large rooms, all stone or granite floors keep it cool in summer, centrally located via subway just feet away. AC in the room.

Functional and value for money destination

Very quiet area. Very good breakfast. Room was quite spacious and very clean. Restaurants very close within walking distance. Hospital very close, our main reason for choosing this hotel. Everything was quite good.
