The bed was very soft and comfortable, the location is very close to the Hbf. The water temperature of the public showering room is not very controllable. There is no air conditioner inside the room.
-
The staff were really helpful. The location was the best to get to everywhere else. Even at night. The room was clean.
-
Location next to train was convenient.
-
Almost everything was excellent. I picked it out for location and included breakfast. The room was too hot to get really good sleep (though inte middle of the summer). The bar was too crowded in the evening.
-
Only the shower, pressure was pretty bed in the bathroom downstairs

It was expensive in compare what i got. My bed was on second floor and also on top of the bed. Hard to reach, noisy also overall was ok but i paid more than sth I expected

The hotel offers an excellent central location, a friendly international atmosphere, comfortable rooms, free Wi-Fi, Laundry facilities, and a lively bar with regular events, including quiz nights, live music, concerts, and sports screenings. social scene, 24-hour access and reception, convenient for late arrivals and early departures, making it one of the best budget accommodations in Munich. No air conditioning, so rooms can become warm during hot summer days.

The staff was real nice and helpful, I was there just for the night, had some food on me, stored it in their fridge, I came back the next day to collect my stuff and my food box from the fridge and she was like, you want a spoon, I was like amazing, pleeeeasee ❤️ First I booked a room for the age group 18 - 35 and I still got a room with bunch of old dudes. The room was also smelly and dark. I told the staff, I’m really unhappy with my room and she gave me a new room, that still wasn’t what I booked but yeah, better than the previous one and I slept amazing

It was hot on 5 floor

Easy walk from the main train station. Although it was "full" per Booking.com, my floor had 20% occupancy, therefore, it was quiet & shared bathroom was easily accessible. A full bed + sink for a single room. A guest fridge is accessible only thru the front desk staff. No guest kitchen. My key card did not work well but staff declined to exchange.

The staff is nice and the location is not far from the train station or Marienplatz. Bathrooms are uncomfortable. The party scene wasn’t for me, the people at this hostel were like frat boys and I saw guys snorting coke off their phones.

Awesome location, super cool social bar

Staff were very helpful and polite. It’s more of a hostel than a hotel. Most rooms are shared bathrooms. So the experience is closer to a hostel than a typical hotel. This is mentioned in the booking, but easy to miss—double-check before reserving if you want a private bathroom.

Clean, near train station. Reception was nice, but never informed me about free large pretzels, tea and coffee. Cannot access the refrigerator, staff must place your food. Never was informed if there was a kitchen. They stated I booked a mixed room, which I did not. I am an older woman and they placed two 19 year old guys in my room. Not very comfortable and 1 was loud and entered the room at 1 and 3:00 in the morning after many drinks. One night he obviously left the door ajar. A drunk guy entered my room and started to yell, GET OUT OF MY ROOM. I could have been raped or more!!!! The room smelled like his dirty clothes. He was on a 3 month hiking venture. Young guy passed out outside my door drunk and couldn't move. Two guys that wanted to help him asked if there was a spare bed in my room for him. Never had experiences like these in any hostel/hotel I have stayed. I was not informed about free large pretzels in the lobby, until i asked if the pretzels hanging were decorations. Never was informed there was compliment ary tea station Cannot access the refrigerator, staff must place your food. Never was informed if there was a kitchen.
