Hotel Imperial

Construction right outside our window. The room and the toilet was quite old and cramped.

The staff was friendly and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel even though the room was not ready yet. The room was clean. There is free parking on the street in the area. It is near public transport. The room was quite small, and with the crib for the baby, you could barely take a few steps. The bathroom was also small and very old. It was probably clean, but it gave the impression of being dirty, since everything was so old and used. The location was also not great to visit the city centre, as it took us 30 min of public transportation to get there (but we did appreciate that the tram stops were so close, at least). The hotel is not super accessible with a (small) stroller, as it barely fits through the hallways and in the elevator, and the ramp to get in is very steep. Check in at 4pm is way too late. Good that they offer travel crib for kids, but they did not confirm that it was available until we got there (we had our own in the car, but smth to keep in mind if you don't). Also, they give it to you without a matress. There is no air conditioning

Clean and fully air conditioned made it very welcoming after sightseeing in a very hot and crowded Rome. The 24hr concierge was also very handy and friendly. Good location but the walk to and from Termini station at night was a little concerning… needed to keep an eye out for pick pockets.

Convenient to everything but not in the city. Clean and comfortable.

Room size and it was a taxi ride from the train station little farther than I thought it was gonna be.

Economical price Staff was not at all supportive, they refused to allow us to use microwave. Even when i requested the lady at the reception to talk to someone ove a call to help me translate from german to english, she refused.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. Overall, a great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and gladly stay again.

It was hard to keep the water in the shower at a nice temperature, as it easily oscillated from too hot to too cold. Also the shower head made for an uncomfortable experience and should have been replaced.

Location- walking distance to Pasing Bahnhof/ Pasing Arcaden (Shopping Center) with several options for eating (Restaurants, Burger shops etc), supermarkets nearby and very good connection to the S-Bahn network, tram (Line 19) and busses. The hotel was good, comfortable bed, warm room, hot water, TV, hairdryer clean towels. The bathroom was a bit tight and the hairdryer was a bit weak, but nothing to lower the score. The real problem was the room acoustic. It was possible to hear our neighboring rooms (baby crying, snoring, TV) and the construction work nearby.
