Location is good for both the train station and seeing the main sights in Munich. Had a family room for 3, really was not room for the extra bed so made fhe room very cramped. The air conditioning didn’t seem to make any difference to the temperature in the room so was stifling

The staff is the heart of the hotel, always nice and available. The bottle of water in the room is a precious welcome gift, given the cost of it in the city. You have a real bed, a real closet, a small fridge and a real bathroom. Trust the pictures. Marienplatz is really 12 minutes away. You would think it's not a good idea to stay close to the station, but I have to say I was surprised by how clean and safe It was. We had a little issue with the room, but they gave us another one right away. I would think to a reduced price for the breakfast, for a family of four is too high (but it's absolutely in line with any other hotel).

The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and nice. The AC was not working well to keep up with the heat and humidity. The staff was nice enough to bring a tower fan, but unfortunately, that fan blew air about one foot from the base. They should invest in 16” pedestal fans that work very well.
