Neighborhood. Not a fan of Mediterranean men smoking everywhere and sitting on the street.

Front desk a little reserved (might have been cultural) and not very engaging but spoke English. Facility was modern and clean. This location was great for easy train connections for day trip and connections to airport. The breakfast group was wonderful and very engaging! Djinan Salman was so accommodating and a pleasure. Had issues with the safe and they took care of it the next day. Little bar for coffee and drinks located next to Reception. Location was great, but because of proximity to main station was also a little "sketchy" at night...but not unsafe. I didn't feel uncomfortable but I didn't feel in my element either. We could easily walk to all the beer halls, restaurants and historical sites and never felt unsafe.

Clean and spacious rooms and bathroom.. Excellent breakfast buffet, with nice staff. Location is a bit sketchy but not obviously unsafe.

Clean comfortable. Good WiFi Our room faced the street and one night didn’t sleep well due to the loud noise from some kids on the street.

We were satisfied with what we have experienced: easy parking on site, walking distance - 15-20 minutes to Marienplatz, coffee machine in the room, comfortable beds, quick check in. -
