Excellent location, spacious three bed studio, quiet, efficient cleaning staff. Elizabeth at the reception was very helpful with early check in. AC cooling insufficient. A little over used room. No free car parking.

Close to train station, close to a lot of restaurants and walking distance to Marienplatz (but a long walk). Staff was very nice and very helpful when we had questions regarding restaurants, Ubers, subways, etc. I also liked the fact that everything in the minibar was free and replaced everyday. We were offered an upgraded room, which was a pleasant surprise. Too long of a walk from the old town. To be fair, we chose this hotel because it was close to the train station, so in that regard it was perfect.
