the location is good, really close to a train station which lets you be in 10 min in the city center the room was really small without any place to unload our stuff

The room was bit small to keep my trolley opened.

Nothing to complain about. I had a pleasant stay.

I just wished they have provided free coffee as there was only free tea bags.

1. Very clean, 2. checkin is possible 24/7, 3. great breakfasts 4. This time my room was bigger than before which felt nice:) 5. Very quiet Ventilation in the bathroom could be stronger;) but thus is a minor detail

Clean and close to S-Bahn. The machine for buying coke or water had not been worked during my stay.

Room very clean ans friendly staff

I was pleasantly surprised at how good my stay was. Staff were incredibly helpful. I never waited more than a minute. Breakfast was exceptional for a smaller hotel - with Breze! My room was super clean and the bed, duvet and pillows were oh-so-comfortable! The rooms curtains blocked light well. I wanted to stay near Laim to walk to Nymphenburg and it was the perfect location. The only issue was construction at the S-Bahn station - nothing the hotel can do about that. Standard checkout is 12 noon! - what a great bonus. Noise isolation was fantastic. My room faced east and with the window closed, it was very quiet. Fantastic value. The room is fairly small. For me alone with two big suitcases, it was fine, but be aware. I was happy for a smaller room given its excellent condition, but good to know. The internet cut out for half an hour in the very early morning. I had issues with a conference call because of that. The hotel lost a point for this reason.

Our problems weren’t addressed by the day staff , they were careless and rude Walls aren’t isolating enough; you can hear what happens outside The mattress isn’t comfortable and the bed makes a lot noises Only one elevator works AC doesn’t work No closet in the room Very impersonal interaction prior check in The worst part : Housekeeping manager ( i assume) opened the door of our room early in the morning , and she didn’t apologize when i complained about their loud noises she denied it and when we went to inform the receptionist she didn’t try to makeup for that , when i asked for a better room not next to the housekeeping storage or i leave She said it is up to you can leave as well ! WHAT KIND OF HOSPITALITY IS THAT

The location is pretty good. The walk to the S train isn't bad but the Holiday Inn ar Hirshgarten is much closer. 12 noon check out Lack of attention to detail Never got AC to work with a darn. Hot and uncomfortable. Reading light out-reported, not fixed No remote- fixed Room not made up upon request- just new towels Room made up but no new coffee

Super clean and modern room and excellent breakfast Sometimes it was impossible to pay by card because the internal programs/tools didn't work

Service and lack of accountability. Room service entered room before checkout and without knocking. It caught us exposed. We went to reception to raise it as a privacy issue and receptionist said it was not their fault, that the cleaning lady has hearing issues. This is not acceptable at all. We liked the room and location but we can't stay at a place with such behaviour against customer.

Friendly staff and clear . The breakfast was good but not great Rooms small for 2 people

Our room was great value for money. We didn't have the hotel breakfast. On the day we arrived, we got there a bit early. They told us one of our rooms was ready, but when we checked in, it was completely dirty. The receptionists weren't welcoming at all when we arrived, but the other staff members we met later were actually very friendly and helpful.
