Nice roomy apartment, big fridge, iron, small balcony No AC - during a heatwave and 80% humidity in Munich. Difficult to sleep in those conditions.

The property is modern and well equipped. Loved the variety in breakfast. The staff was super nice and helpful. The gym was a bit sparse and the property is 30 min from hbf.

Clean and easy to navigate No shower door and the room had a Werid smell to it.

Rooms smelling from smoking, I tried 6 rooms and finally gave up as it was late night

They upgraded my room, due to small rooms in-availability, which was very appealing. The smell of the floor was like ‘corn on the cob’, like a Chinese restaurant.

Nothing only it was close to my office The service is very bad. The door wasn’t working they had to give me a key to access my room. I requested a room change which no one entertained. I requested room to be cleaned they came at 8 pm. The heater wasn’t working and no one came to fix it, I waited for 10 days and the problem prevailed. This is a very expensive hotel for what it provides. The facility is very old and no is working on improving it.

Everything was great. The room was very clean and comfortable! Very friendly and caring staff. They give a attitude and attention of everything you need.

This is not a hotel , they do not do daily room service only 3 days a week. Breakfast is basic, and they charge extra for it . The garden view is very nice and the hotel is modern with the underground train station only 5 minutes walk . This place suits the ones looking for a long stay in service apartments. The double bed is small and fixed at one end against the wall. No daily cleaning or service of the room . Breakfast is basic for an additional price . I would not recommend this place for people who need to stay in a hotel with full service . . This place is more like a partiallly l service apartments.

It's very functional especially if you stay for more than a week. The kitchenette is good. Good size fridge. The location is great and very walkable. Minutes walking distance from the mall OEZ. It has a great café next door, easy access to transportation. It has a functional gym it's better than the Hilton Garden Inn at Donnerberger Brucke. The a/c not being available. They stated it very clearly during the booking so I was well aware but thought it wouldn't be an issue since it's Germany and if you can pop a window open but unfortunately I come from LA where A/c is standard so it was a drawback for me Also because of that i left the balcony door wide open so you will hear pretty everything from everyone outside like construction, trash pick up, chair being moved. Overall the hotel is very minimalistic don't expect a Hilton, Marriott or the likes. You get very basic everything one towel for several days, you are better buying all of your amenities, soap, lotion, etc that come standard at regular hotels but it's also priced accordingly.

Good stay if you want to travel by car. The room has small kitchen and utensils as well. Also free street parking on the nearby streets is great The door of the apartment wasn't very-well suited to isolate the noise and loud sounds from the hallway and it has a visible 2 cm gap at the bottom

It was a bit unclear when and how often the room will be cleaned.

There is no air conditioning. The sun just heated up the room like an oven even with the glass door to the balcony open and the little floor fan running constantly. It was too hot to sleep at night.

Roof top terrace is lovely as was the ground floor courtyard and decent breakfast in the morning. n/a

We loved this hotel. Super comfortable and close to the Olympic park for concerts. The mini apartments are very nice and have everything you need! The girl that checked us in was very cold and pretty unprofessional (she didn’t notice that a plastic bottle was on our luggage that we left there before check-in and it dropped and consequently broke). The issue with it it’s not the accident itself, which is ok like, it’s a bottle. But it’s the fact that she completely avoided even apologizing and got annoyed that it leaked water. Not amazing.. The rest of the staff is amazing though!

Very new and clean with 24/7 service available; staff was always helpful and friendly. Only 25 min from city center (UBahn station is 6 min walk away). Rooms are big with small kitchenettes (including fridge). Gym is available and lobby bar had complimentary wine/beer on the weekend. Surrounding area very quiet/residential with not many amenities, but shopping center a 15 min walk away and city center not far with metro.
