The staff was very rude

We found a few large beetles in the room, one of which was in the kettle. The bed & pillows were not the most comfortable. There were no shower products provided.

The room was decent There was no one available at reception to check in or contact at any time during our stay. Also advertised free wi-fi, but there was no internet access.

Everything was perfect but costumer service of this listing was not good at all. On the morning of day of flight i texted them about some delays of plane and i would be there around 6-7 but they didn’t answer at all. They didn’t let the key somewhere and didn’t answer the phone calls.

The Room was well equipped, with 5 single beds, as advertised, we were able to check in early and park the car in the underground garage. The room was quiet as was the hotel in general. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was very small with barely enough space to turn around, whilst this did not affect us too much a slightly bigger bathroom would’ve been better. The entrance to the car park is very narrow with only just enough space to drive through.

The balcony was a pleasant suprise. The Location. It was about a 30 minute drive from the station. We couldn't find any attractions within walking distance.

It was near to the Bus, that was ok. Far away from the city center. It was also not clean, the pillows were stinking…

Far exceeded the negative reviews. Plenty of space for our family and pretty clean. Check in was easy at 3 pm The room smelled slightly moldy. It’s a bit far from the Munich attractions but there is a bus line right in front.

The stuff were really nice. The facilities in the room were adequate. And the balcony was nice. There were cockroaches in the room, we couldn't sleep well. When the lights went off they were out everywhere. We had to leave earlier because of this problem.
