the bathroom could be cleaner (some hairs found) and the toilet paper was very cheap. It would be good to have a kettle to make tea. Also, there is no breakfast on site (there is close by but it could be an option to bring it to the room).

Fast response to late checkin request. Easy pickup of room keys. Free upgrade of room, additional bed for child provided. Free parking in front of the hotel.

Convenient location for my needs, simple clean quiet room, no hassles, fair price.. Would stay here again

I didn't see a single person of the staff throughout my stay. The corridors were huge and bare, it felt like being in a health clinic rather than a hotel. There was a terrible smell in the common areas which thankfully was not in the bedroom.

We had a large apartment which was more than enough for 5 persons. Large Kitchen well equipted. Lots of balcony space with a BBQ. The price was good value for money. The location was not so sexy, but we knew that as we looked for an affordable place not to far off the center of Munich. Within 30 minutes you are in Marienplatz through the excellent Munich public transport, for which you can get tickets online on your phone. Also the Indian restaurant next door in the same building is a good tip to go to!
