Good room and good value for money. Facilities were top notch. The menu options for room service should be revised a bit. We ordered a margherita pizza for 13.95€ and we got a sad frozen pizza. I dont mind the frozen pizza, but it should be written on the menu because it was a bit disappointing. Position not the greatest if you want to be close to the city center, but the transportation makes up for it.

It was a comfortable enough hotel. Room was fine and clean. It was located too far out from anything interesting for tourisrs. And since we were there during the wildly sold out BTS concerts, hotel prices (all over the city, not just at this property) were approximately 500% more than usual.

Beds I am extremely disappointed with my stay, as this property does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. During my stay in room 2416, I encountered several issues: the refrigerator was completely empty with no water provided, there was no kettle in the room, and the toilet flush was not working properly during our family stay. Given the exorbitant room rates, the overall quality and service were exceptionally poor.
