⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we liked everything about this location. Great rooms, great design, wonderful dinning area

Sink was clogged and despite telling them (multiple day stay) nothing was done. No towels at the pool, paper thin walls adjacent room had alarm going off at 4am and it was literally vibrating our bed, tried to call the front desk multiple times and no one ever answered to address concerns.

I didn't get the King Suite that I paid for and two maintenance issues were never addressed.

Staff allowed me to check in (paperwok), then after I completed my business, all I had to do was pick up my roomkey

Our room smelled like smoke when we arrived. The pillows are way too soft and awful. and the doors slam really hard when they close so we were up before 6am because our neighbors were letting their doors slam. also, the breakfast was no very good. Not even a Danish or donut. Just oatmeal, waffles, fake eggs and bacon

Our room was never cleaned until we told the front desk that it had not been cleaned in 5 days. It reeked of marijuana.on the floor we stayed on, and not to mention there were people who did not have a room there and parked in the hotel parking lot where they smoked weed, and waited for the free breakfast. When we told the staff about it, they asked us what are we supposed to do. My husband told them to call the cops and ask them also when caught lounging in the lounging area if they had a room, this had to be addressed 2 to 3 times to the staff so most of our stay was smelling weed in a non-smoking hotel on our floor every night until they finally did something five nights in to our stay.

The overall hotel was satisfactory, but the cleanliness of the rooms could use a little bit of work. You can tell they were understaffed and hiring maids or workers day by day. The amenities were OK. The pool was open and the ice machines were working very well. Overall stay was good to go. The only major downfall was the room had a lot of flies and bugs. Be ready for small flies and bugs on a daily basis. I have no idea where they come from but they will be present. Just bring some bug spray and that will solve the problem during your stay

I prefer scrambled eggs and biscuits with gravy. Still, this was a good breakfast The pool water was cold so I switched to the hot tub. That hot tub was just what I needed after a long day!

Expedia said that my request was going to be applied and the property was aware and no that's not true my ceiling leaked couldn't be moved to another room until the next day so no sleep worrying about the ceiling falling just not happy with Expedia are the property

Well maintained and great location. Easy access to to hospital.

Tv’s aren’t equipped with apps or Bluetooth. So you’ll have to look at the guide the old fashion way. Other than that, everything was great!
