Clean room and helpful staff. Overall a great experience.

Rooms are outdated and in need of remodeling. Tape held the carpeting repair together and the wallpaper was peeling off. Room was musty smelling, but the linens were clean. Breakfast buffet was nice and the omelet chef, Mary, makes a great omelet and if very nice. Staff was pleasant and the bar was always busy. I ordered dinner one night and the meal was very good!

I expected more from Embassy Suites especially considering the price. The hotel itself was mediocre at best. The rooms were dated, cleanliness was average, and the overall property seemed poorly maintained. The complimentary breakfast was a major letdown- NASTY. The food options were the cheapest options. For a hotel charging premium prices, I expected a much better breakfast experience. What made the stay even worst was the evening reception. The white bartender was rude, dismissive, and treated guest inconsistently. Our interaction left us feelings unwelcome, and his behavior was borderline discriminatory. His actions had intentional or not negatively impacted our experience. For the amount charged, the value simply was not there. There are plenty of hotels offering better accommodations, better food for less money.

The breakfast was excellent, except for people who don't eat pork next time maybe they should have some Turkey bacon or Turkey sausage. That would be helpful.

Changed for parking 16.00 dollars a night. That’s ridiculous.

This hotel is really dated. It really needs remodeling. The refrigerator in my room leaked. The hotel looks The same as it did 20 year's ago. Our room was disgusting.

I stay here every time I visit my son

We left a night earlier than the stay we booked. Not worth it at this location unfortunately. Very friendly staff otherwise.
