Our stay was excellent with a beautiful view, and we really enjoyed the overall experience. However, a few things could be improved. The bathroom sleeper was very slippery and risky – one of our guests even slipped, so it should be replaced. The mattress was not comfortable, and the extra mattress provided was also of poor quality. The breakfast menu was good, but vegetarian options were limited. Washroom cleaning could have been better, and it would be helpful to keep a small floor wiper in the washroom.The rooms also need better lighting.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Impressive Breakfast Buffet. Superb Customer Service at the front desk. A staff member tried to interact by force repeatedly despite of telling him "NO" 3 times.
