The Location is 5 star. Property is 5 star. But unfortuntaley that's where the 5 star rating starts and ends. Hotel staff have no concept about "hositality service" It's all "optics" and when you check-in you find out about the extremely low or non-existant service standards. e.g. the front office / reception person was dressed in a nice 3 piece suit but could not utter the word "thank you" in any language. The attitude of the hotel staff reminded me of the kind of service you get in Pakistani government run utilities offices.

Rooms were nicely furnished. Parking was secure. Staff was rude and inconsiderate towards the guests, especially the one at the main reception. It started well before we had even arrived. When I received a threatening "reminder" around 9 AM that if I did not confirm within 1 hour, they will cancel by booking. The official check-in time was 3 PM and more importantly the facility was covered with no-show charge back in case I would not show up. So this stressful message was not only unnecessary but also unethical. They would make their own verbal rules (which changed from time to time) and refused basic amenities like chairs in the balcony adjoining the room and the main garden. They locked the door to the garden at 11pm one night to make it inaccessible to the paying guests while they exhibited nepotism by allowing one family. Our children were restricted to their rooms only which seemed very punishing! There was no house-keeping, no cleaning, no follow up on anything even if asked politely twice. The room had no view, a rock wall would face you! And no chairs on the balcony, even after requesting 2-3 times. There were chairs available but they did not allow on the balcony. No rationale and pathetic service The staff did not care if any guest would mention giving bad reviews as it appeared they were more interested in making profits over the season than providing basic hospitality services to guests who were paying almost USD 100/night. Instead of focusing on principles of hospitality, the staff was more interested in making their bosses happy, and not giving a damn about the guests' comfort and mental well-being. I would warn all of you to be careful and not be deceived by the misleading video this facility showcases on social media. They do not care about your comfort at all!! So do not waste your hard earned money, your precious time and spoil your holiday mood.

Location is appropriate if planning to go to the pipeline track from Ayubia as its almost an 18 min drive to Ayubia. Parking is secure and gated. The beautiful pic on booking.com of the lawn with tables and chairs is not available. Infact any guests not living on the ground floor are not allowed to access the lawns. There is NO room service. Food has to be ordered and served in the dining hall. NO WiFi. GM Mr. Faisal and the staff is courteous and helpful. Bathrooms are clean updated with instant geaser and hot water. Complimentary Breakfast is good but limited choices. I would stay here again mainly for location, quietness of the Changla gali, comfort of the room and reasonable staff behavior. no access to the lawns no WiFi no room service (only at the dining hall)

I liked the services and location. Also, the cleanliness was maintained. There was no internet service ... TV and phones were not working. That was the thing we didn't like.
