Nothing ? Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel ? My experience at Mussiaree Hotel was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I want to warn anyone planning to stay here to seriously consider the following points. ? Unprofessional and Smoking Reception: • The reception staff was extremely poor and lacked any professionalism in dealing with guests. • Worst of all, the staff were smoking in the reception area! Even though I clearly informed them that I have a severe smoke allergy, they completely ignored my request. ⏳ Long Wait for a Disastrous Room: • I was asked to wait for a full hour under the pretext of cleaning and preparing the room. • After waiting for an hour, I was shocked to find the room was a disaster: • A very strong smell of smoke was everywhere, indicating it was not cleaned or ventilated properly. • Visible signs of dirt and grime were still present in the room. • The final straw was seeing cockroaches in the room and the bathroom. ✅ Immediate Departure: • I could not stay another minute in this place. • I immediately left the hotel and found alternative accommodation.
