Everything from hotel entrance to room and staff it was probably the best stay in murree. The guy at the reception was excellent kudos to him for treating his guests well. All the support staff were professional and services were top notch. Overall it was a great experience and looking forward to come again in future

Best view and Best service

Vibes are good, ambiance is perfect. Front desk staff is cooperative, security & room service was also excellent.

Location. Room space. Room decore. Comfortable bedding. Breakfast. Nice staff. Rooms near the lift Experince motor noise. Plus the water pressure pump motor noise. Rates are slightly higher and need revision.

Breakfast was good. A little more variety could have been better but still it was worth it. Hotel's inhouse food was a little expensive than the usual.

I liked the ambience, staff and yes specially the breakfast was amazing. I liked the place and would love to visit again and recommend to all.

Helpful staff. Nice view of express way. I booked the most expensive room so had the best view in hotel. The restaurant is nice. No place nearby to walk, you are just stuck in your room. No area for kids to play. Weird smell in bathroom.

I can’t express how much of a pleasant experience I had during my stay at The Vibe By Ambiance Muree. The stay honestly exceeded my expectations to start off Bilal was a great help they upgraded 2 of my rooms to Executive complimentary. This resulted in a more comfortable stay with a breath taking view! Clean environment amazing rooms on par with hotels in other countries. Complimentary free breakfast was pretty solid can’t complain and staff was very friendly. To say the least I’ve had a better experience here than bigger chain hotels in PK felt like they actually cared about our experience and stay. Didn’t have an attitude and didn’t have the vibe where they don’t care about customer satisfaction because they have clients regardless i’ve felt this at other hotels but not at The Vibe. N/A

Economical and comfortable

Location was good. The executive room's cleanliness and maintenance were subpar, with stained furniture, and unhygienic bathrooms and broken curtains. With some renovation and TLC, this hotel could shine, but for now, it's a potential gem in need of polishing.

It's 10 minutes walk to mall road and due to rush road you can use your car

There is everything to be liked about this property The cleanliness the facilities the staff especially Mr Bilal at the front desk was exceptional and friendly The food is good too The views are very good too from the room and the resturent I visit there many times and everytime I feel like not away at home Highly recommended Nothing is there to be not liked about this property
