The property is lovely. The view from our balcony was stunning. The spa and pool were such a gift as we visited during a heatwave. I fear a property proud of their attention to every detail for guest comfort will have to acknowledge that our planet is warming and atypical warm periods are becoming the norm. AC needs to be an option.

Oh my gosh-the View, the staff, the balcony dinner, the comfortable bed, 4 bed pillows!! Gorgeous linens and towels. I could go on and on. The location is perfect and we loved that we met the owners who seem to be on site all the time. They run a tight ship. I’d LOVE to travel to Murren again and repeat my exact stay! Nothing

Location. Absolutely need to book mountain side. The view would be the main reason to stay here. Staffs were great and funny. They meet you at the station and take your luggage to your room which was a very nice touch. Steps and a bit confusing layout. But you get used to it.

Location, quality of accommodation and staff were excellent. It was hard to regulate temperature in room at night. The duvet was too warm for room/weather.

Good location by the train station. Clean and neat. The pool was nice. Modern fixtures in a classic Swiss chalet. No Jacuzzi.

Perfect property to enjoy the Jungfrau region! Beautiful, large, posh room and exceptional service. Excellent breakfast, restaurant, and room service. The spa facilities are wonderful and the staff is amazing!

Beautiful facility with an amazing staff. Really enjoyed the saunas after long days out. Wish we had brought our bathing suits but the sauna area was for adults only & allowed nudity Bed was too firm for my husband. Being an American, we found it odd to not have a top sheet, just a comforter.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating! Transported our luggage to/from train station. Breakfast was great and dinner was too! We had dinner in the hotel both nights. Staff very helpful with recommendations. Beautiful setting with wonderful people working there! Highly recommend!!!!
