Hotel Mürren Palace

It was a beautiful location and overall an amazing stay. Breakfast was superb and our room (family suite) was so comfortable. The service overall was amazing. Everyone was so pleasant during our stay. Our kids also loved it because of the location and activities. Overall, we loved this hotel so much and will definitely stay again!

Transport from the gondola to the hotel. No one there to answer the phone to get the golf cart to take my wife, who's in a wheelchair there.So I had to walk in the rain, pushing her.

The breakfast was very limited, even by European standards, and did not match the level of the place.

An ethereal setting with spectacular Alpine views in a charming car-free village. Initial room disappointed, but the hotel accommodated a change. The scenery is unforgettable, even if the rooms don’t always match the setting. Initial room allotted with a half village half mountain view and cold demeanor of staff!

Everything was perfect with a few small exceptions but they are not serious as for the most part everything was great. - The uncomfortable door to the toilet in the room is shaped like a train door. It's nice but it makes a lot of noise and doesn't close. - New inconvenient trend at hotels where you are asked for a credit card. It's not something specific to this hotel, but nowadays when we all have phones, we practically don't carry physical cards anymore. The good part is that Apple Pay worked. - As there is no phone in the room, communication is done through a mobile app but when I sent a message with a question, no one gave me an answer. So somehow this app is pointless.

Light switches require a PhD in astrophysics to understand (or a try your best and press buttons until you are happy approach). Dinner was nice but not exceptional - I wouldn't necessarily eat there every evening. Find the suppenalp mountain restaurant for lunch - now that is a gem..

Stuff are super nice, location is amazing, rooms are super clean Nothing.. everything was perfect.

The decor was amazing. Loved all the special rooms on the first floor. Also enjoyed the sport facility but didn’t get a chance to enjoy the spa. Would highly recommend this hotel. Wish the sauna opened earlier.

Beautifully refurbished hotel in Mürren with grand dining hall, fantastic views and friendly staff. Hotel is historic and has invested very recently in a well designed, elegant new style and added a lovely spa area to its facilities. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet. N/A

Incredible hotel. Truly immersive location to Jungfrau region. Rooms spacious and great layout. Nothing - staff weren’t totally clued in to suggestions for lunch/dinners especially with kids but that’s fine
