The staff were kind, helpful, young, energetic, and efficient. They made me feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself has been lovingly restored and beautifully preserved. Staying there feels like stepping back into the golden age of Alpine travel. Except it’s not stuffy. It’s fun, cool, and casual.

Incredible location, very friendly staff, historic building with rich history There are rooms with shared shower / toilet

Delicious breakfast, beautiful location, kind and accommodating staff. Very clean shared bathrooms.

Location to the cable car and other attractions in town. We loved the old historic building and the breakfast was very nice. The views are amazing from the dining areas. We The beds were very uncomfortable. One was super soft and lumpy and one was super hard and lumpy. Both of us didn’t sleep well which is the whole point of a hotel. Please get new mattresses.

1) The patio has a great Alpine view 2) The breakfast was good 1) It might be my fault that I didn't look at the facilities in detail as I was mainly booking price-wise and had the expectation that a "hotel" in this price range must have some bare minimums e.g., private bathroom and shower. However, there is a shared shower (unisex) and washroom (1 male + 1 female) for the entire floor. When I talked to the front-desk they said that this is the "feature" of their hotel. I don't know about Switzerland, but in Canada that's called a flaw, not a feature. Therefore, based on the price you are paying for a 3-star or 4-star hotel and you are getting a college dorm in return! 2) The walls are so thin that even whispering of people in the main corridor can be heard from your room! That might be problematic at night.

Nice view if from the alps side. Good breakfast Do not book! Proce is not worth it at all, other hotels are way better for this price with better facilities and rooms and staff. The view is nice if you took the view to the alps side , the way tk reach the hotel is tiring not recommended if you have elders with you. The staff is not helpful. The room is bad , nothing available for you in the room and you need to oay for every single thing you could find in any average hotel. Not recommended at alll. Very bad experience at this hotel. There are alot of other hotels with better price and better facilities and service and staff.

The views! The room was beautiful and comfortable too. The breakfast was also amazing and the staff all very friendly. The shared shower room being co-ed was not ideal. It ended up not mattering since not many people were using the shared shower room on our floor. Also, there was plenty of space with some privacy to change outside of a shower stall. I would have preferred a shower room for only women though, even if I had to go to a different floor for it.

Incredible views from the room and excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony. Solid breakfast with a variety of options. We knew about the shared bathrooms, but there is only one toilet per gender per floor which is not enough, and we often had to wait for the bathroom. The rooms were pretty utilitarian, and the beds weren't very comfortable. No turndown service. They room keys were fiddly and annoying to use.

The mountain side view from our room was absolutely incredible. As well as the view from the dining area. Breakfast was great as well as other meals at their restaurant. Staff was very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is a historic building so do not expect modern conveniences. Breakfast included was adequate to start your day. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Our room faced the mountains which gave us an incredible view- the highlight of our stay. Did not like the shared bathroom and shower on the floor. But we expected this and it wasn't so bad. Never had to wait to use the facilities. The showers were clean.

Fantastic location in one of my favorite places. I come to Jungfraregion 4-6 times per year and have stayed in several different towns and many hotels. Mürren is perfect for an active break for families, sports and hiking enthusiasts Very dated facility with old everything: Rooms, beds, floors, bathrooms, toilets, restaurant and common spaces. Shared toilets and bathrooms are for hostels and camping, not hotels. Never again.

Lovely location. Pleasant staff. Nice Breakfast.

Absolutely loved our magical stay here! It is a beautiful old hotel, stunning views, with cozy beds and bedding. Shared bathrooms were clean and easy. Breakfast was delicious! Mürren is a wonderful for exploring - and we really enjoyed the pass to the local pool as well! No down sides from my perspective- I loved it so much!

The only thing that could be improved was the bed. Unfortunately I found it very uncomfortable - just needed a new mattress.
