very nice operators. Free coffee and tea throughout the stay delighted. but the quality of the coffee was poor. Unfortunately no one communicated in English or German. Wifi was very poor.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, picturesque and quiet. The building is new, the room is clean and cozy. A big plus for a tasty breakfast and friendly staff :) One minor inconvenience was absence of a shower gel in the bathroom.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, coffee available whole day free of charge. Outside is available jacuzzi, we enjoyed also the pool with sauna which is available in another hotel free of charge - it take 15 min walk. Everything was o.k. - just small notice for cook - fish and chicken are not vegetarian option for dinner. But those who are not vegetarians was dinner very good!

Neat, clean and new hotel. Good design and views form the balconies. Enough parking for all the guests even when hotel is full. Sumptious breakfast especially if you are a meat lover. Staff is trying to be helpful to meet your requirements. Mattress and pillow could be better. Higher floor rooms under bevelled roof are small and uncomfortable. Staff informed we should have called in advance to make sure we won't be given one as hotel is fully booked, however, next day we were kindly relocated to a standard room.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff, nice room and amenities, good view from the window. You can also buy local goodies at the reception. A lot of additional things like table tennis, jakuzzi, etc. Which I didn't use though because you spend all the time in the mountains :-) It was also fine with the dogs. You basically can see people in the room next door from the balcony. The rooms are very close to each other.

Super friendly staff! The place is almost brand new. Everything's perfect including the breakfast! The parking lot has a lot of space available.

place was very modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodative. very good and tasty breakfast was served on each day. littly pity that the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay and we didn’t get fresh towels but I imagine this would be provided on our request.

The rooms, and the facility was sparkling clean, the view from the balcony was great. Very good breakfast. The swimming pool is not indoor as claimed. It is 1 KM from the facility. I chose this property because of an indoor pool. This was the setback. The pool table is inclined to one side so all the balls roll. You cannot play practically.
